If i could give zero stars i would. I bought a Havi vibration watch from them. The watch wouldn't charge so it was returned in the original box, along with the Trigger Timer which is required to work with the watch. A few months later i received the Watch back in a Jiffy Bag. There was nothing else returned. The watch was now charging. Unfortunately the watch needs the Trigger Timer. The Trigger Timer was not returned to me. I have contacted them many times over the last 6 months, each time they claim everything was sent back to me. It wasn't. They are happy to let me buy a new one from them, but do not know where the original is. I have wasted over £600 on a watch that cannot be used without a Trigger Timer. Their customer service is a joke. I will never use this company again.
