Great products and fast shipping

Beware won't give money back
I placed an order on July 11, 2023, the package did was not delivered for unknown reason and was returned back to the thehappyhealingstore, I sent them an email asking for a refund in September, then confirmed they received the package back and will issue a refund, two months later I checked they money were not returned back to my account. I reached out again, and they said ok, we will issue a refund now. I'm like well you said the same thing two months ago, but ok fine, was waiting for few days, still no money back on my account, called my bank they confirmed that the store have not issued a refund. It's not January 2024 and I still don't have a refund, I send another email they are ignoring my emails. terrible customer service and company. I will work on this case and make sure they give me the money back one way or another.
