I ordered the waterpark and, based on the tracking, believed it hadn’t been delivered. I contacted the seller for help, but the response was unprofessional and included personal accusations, which I found inappropriate and upsetting. It was later confirmed that the item had been delivered—my mother had received it but didn’t inform me due to health issues at the time.
While I understand the confusion on both sides, the way this was handled by the seller was unacceptable. I would not recommend based on the customer service experience.

The planners are lovely quality make a really nice gift

I bought a hamper that I wanted to give as a gift to a family that just had their 3rd child. This just seemed like the perfect option! There was something for the baby and the mum. The family were so happy to receive it and the quality was brilliant.

I received a hamper as an anniversary present from my husband. What a beautiful hamper. The contents as well as presentation was excellent- Soap, diffuser, room spray and wheat bag. You feel elated on receipt of the gift. Would recommend and will definitely use this website to send gifts.
