Sadly I have to say it was a massive disappointment. I ordered fragrance free products for a person with perfume allergies. The box arrived, and even before I opened it the smell was powerful. The products were fragrance free but on the labels it said fabulously fragrant. The box was powerfully fragranced as was the hamper meaning I couldn't gift it. There response took 5 days and basically said the products are fragrance free, totally ignoring the reason for my complaint.

Company based on hypocrisy. They steal wording and definitions from ritualistic traditions and then turn their backs on those traditions and its practioners. Go appropriate someone else's culture and stay out of ours. -Magick is everywhere

There was a slight error with my order - I contacted customer care and received the missing product within 2 days.

Love this Irish company! Completely obsessed with their Lemongrass & Cedarwood scent. I just got a box full of treats, all beautifully packaged, and was delighted to find that 2 of the 3 items in my mystery gift box were L&C scented.

Beautiful products used the complimentary cedarwood hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner whilst staying at Harvey's Point, the fragrance lingers and is so refreshing (not sure about the ingredients and not really bothered if they are organic or not) Anyone wanting a luxurious aroma and great products i would highly recommend. Purchased some in Donegal before departure.

Misleading Ingredients & No Customer Support

I ordered from this company because the ingredients listed on their website seemed all-natural — perfect for someone like me with very sensitive skin. Unfortunately, when the products arrived, the ingredient list on the actual packaging was completely different and included synthetic ingredients that I avoid.

I reached out to the company for a return, but never received a response. Disappointing experience, especially considering the premium price. I appreciated the fast shipping and nice packaging, but transparency and customer care were sorely lacking. I won't be buying again.

This company has the best customer service I have ever come across.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, which was a birthday present for a friend in Spain. I phoned the handmade soap company at 17.17 on Thursday evening. Jo answered and explained that everyone had gone home, but took my details and what I wanted to buy, etc and said someone would call me the next day.
During that evening I received an email saying that my purchase had gone through - the purchase of the gift I wanted for my friend and the other order had been cancelled. 👏🏻👍🏻
Someone was working overtime 🫣
I highly recommend this company not just for their fantastic products, but especially the sincere care and help they offer their customers.

Disappointed to read the harmful warnings on the labels whilst I thought I was buying a quality organic product. I won't be purchasing again.

Complete scam, they lie about the ingredients, loads of extra harmful chemicals on the bottles but not stated on the website.

Slow response from customer care .
Soap bars are now 100 g for €7 , they used to be €7 for 140g . All their resellers and stockist sell at the website price .

Beautiful product, delivery was quick . I had an issue with a leaking shower gel and when I rang they went above and beyond to resolve the issue which was dealt with quickly. Great company

Got the Grapefruit and May Chang candle. The wick drowned in the melted wax and no matter how many times I poured the melted wax out and relit it, it kept going out. Eventually, I cut the wax down at the sides so that the wick was higher but that was no help. I’m really sorry this happened because I loved the scent.

Excellent Irish brand. Beautiful products with quick delivery. High quality candles, diffusers and body care with lots of sustainable options. Responsive & helpful customer service too.
