I have been trying to return 2 of the…

I have been trying to return 2 of the items but without sucess. The process stops me confirming my return makung me have to start the process again. I have been stopped at the same poi t over 7 times and i have not received a reply from my email to the service centre.

Don’t expect your items anytime soon

3 weeks from when I paid before my order was shipped, I went on the app and asked to have it shipped in stages, and nothing. Tracking through your app is useless so stop asking people to use it. USPS is not a great way to get anything anywhere. And your return process/app are not well designed. My previous order was bad which is why it’s been a year + between orders. I won’t order from you again for a long while.

Don’t last

Really like the pull on stretch jeans however they have worn out after just a few months so disappointed with the quality and a waste of money as return period has passed. Would not repurchase
