I LOVE Halara clothing!

I LOVE Halara clothing!

Until today.... I ordered shorts according to the size chart, and the were way too small in the waist and hips.
I returned the items according to your policy, and I'm awaiting credit back to my card.
Please standardize your sizing across the entire line if possible.

Overall

The quality of the clothes is decent. The sizes however, vary. A medium in one piece fits very well while another item in a medium will fit tight. The time from when you place your order to when it gets shipped also takes a while, but it’s worth it IMO

The return process is complicated and my request for a refund was turned into a gift card...

I always have had a great experience with Halara. I promote Halara on my Facebook Page. Especially the jeans and Easy Peasy Dress. The items I received this time were too little in the waist and was disappointed in the cut of the shorts and quality of the fabric. The waist too small. I went online to return and get a shipping label. Very complicated. I wanted to be refunded to my card and when I completed the process Halara is sending me a Gift Card instead. I do NOT want a gift card. I want my money back and to return this order in full. Please honor this request. Order Number: 260415110343469143
