What a sham

What a sham , don’t waste your time nor your money on a company ran by a self important person who knows zero about healing or energy . I would be surprised if anyone saw good results from people who are so detached and unavailable . Rip off price , 2cnd tier old supplements , that is if you can even get them . And she would rather suffocate then give you any real answers on your health . Fear Mongering on your labs to get your $ and then off on another vacay . I was ripped off for over 2k for wanting a refund . Dishonest and a big Thumbs down 👎🏼 all day

8 month one-to-one program with Grace Liu

I am 5 months in to the 8 month one-to-one program run by Dr Grace Liu at The Gut Institute. To date I've been disappointed on several fronts:

1) The program cost $12,800 and it includes time with Grace each month which has not happened. Grace does not address questions on a timely basis (think in terms of months before a reply is given) and often doesn't reply to questions at all

2) It is clear there is a wealth of knowledge at The Gut Institute, however this has not translated in to results for me. 5 months in to the program, my gut microbes have improved, however health issues still remain to the same level as they were prior to starting the program, if anything my health is in a worse state with me now having worse bloating and more weight than before. This suggests the marketing materials and statements made by Grace have not translated in to real results for me.

3) The costs of the testing and supplements are extremely high (this is in addition to the $12,800 program fee). It feels like specific ones which are the most expensive or made by the gut institute are ones particularly pushed when I'm provided with a protocol to follow. Overall I've spent more than $20,000 with the gut institute for no long term benefit in my health, although I feel better when I'm on the high strain count probiotics (which a similar product can be gotten significantly cheaper directly from Custom Probiotics)

4) As I understand, I am not the only one who has had issues with Grace or practitioners who have trained with Grace.
