Great company every order dispatched with speed usually arrive the following day with zero issues, all items come without any missing or damaged, orders a very well packed and wrapped in bubble wrap to protect from damages ect would highly recommend compared to the likes of hydrobros nothing but issues with broken items or missing items

Entire package smells like literal dung. Box, bubble wrap, actual contents, everything smells like manure. I know it’s not the products themselves as I had them before bought elsewhere. Just gross, having to scrub the bottles down while gagging. Wouldn’t shop with this company again.

Fast & efficient service, goods well packed & as described.

Great pricing and easy to order with quick delivery. The item was unfortunately broken (in transit and not the sellers fault) when it arrived and there was an issue with the email. However I was able to call and speak to someone directly In the store which was great, issue sorted and replacement sent which was perfect on arrival. The team were polite and really helpful, wil definitely order from them again.

Great site with competitively priced products. What really makes them stand out from the crowd is their amazing customer service. Rubbish customer service
Tried ordering stuff over the bank holiday, order was taken then declined. But on my banking it was saying pending for 3 days, Tried ordering it again the following Tuesday, exactly the same thing happened, so I decided to call the customer service helpline hoping they could help me, I explained my predicament, and rather then help me, I was told to have a nice day, and he hung up. To add salt in I heard someone call me a not so nice name.
I ended up buying it from grow well and I literally had no issues, all sort in a couple of minutes.

Everything went smoothly and the products arrived promptly very pleased

Ordered an item but on delivery found that it wouldn’t suit my needs, a few emails later and the issue was resolved, brilliant service from the grow superstore, top marks….. super, smashing, great. Can’t thank them enough, this will be my go to store whenever I’m in need

Yodel are rubbish

I'm very pleased with the pots; had quite a bit of searching to do to get the dimensions I wanted/needed for square pots. I wanted the plants I had bought to be individually potted and placed on their matching saucers into an open-bottomed frame. The quoted dimensions against each litre size was necessary for me to make a purchase. Communication from the company was great and delivery speedy too.
