Excellent customer service and very professional
Contacted the telgram support to inform them that royal mail messed up my order and delivered it to the wrong house. Was told to provide evidence of this (which I did). Was then given a voucher (which also covered the postage) and just received my replacement today. Thank you to whoever helped me out on telegram (even when it was royal mail that messed up and not you guys) BTW my order ref was 24867.
Never had a problem with TGR so far and will continue to order from them with complete confidence.

Can't pay and no reply from support
Unfortunately I can no longer order from TGR as my bank will not transfer payment to the bank account they are currently using. I requested a different bank account to send payment but no reply. This happened with my previous order too, no reply

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered with payments and our support.
Our bank account might not appear in the UK Faster Payment system (hence some banks are restricting us), but I assure you it is a legitimate UK bank, and we do receive payments without any problems. If you’re having difficulty with bank transfers, we always advice to pay through cryptocurrency instead. We also made a tutorial on our website to guide you through the Crypto process in 3 different Crypto exchange platforms.
