Perfection
Received my beans within a couple of days of ordering and was yet again blown away by the taste and quality. I regularly buy beans from different roasters and only occasionally buy the same twice as there is so much choice out there to explore but the Honduran Yolanda’s Corquin are genuinely exquisite. Roasted to perfection giving a light mouthfeel and taste notes off blueberry and honey sweetness as described in a filter and caramel apple crumble when used in a flat white. My favourite all rounder of this year so far. 5******

Delicious
Delicious, nicely roasted bean. Easily able to make great coffee consistently, and not oily so able to grind very fine for espresso.
