I placed an order and received confirmation; then wrote month after month to inquire about the status of my order until they stopped responding with excuses. By then it was too late to dispute the credit card charges and I paid for a learning experience NOT to ever use this company in the future.

I could hardly believe this offer of a free sunhat. I ordered one for my husband and paid the postage. They ran out of stock but kept in contact and finally the hat arrived and my husband loves it. Quality product. Will definitely recommend this company and will order again. Thankyou

Complete scam. They will lie and hold your money 💰 saying they had a bad batch. Then they will ignore you. I’d be surprised if anyone ever got this product. The reviewers are bots. DO NOT BUY

Love my hat! Perfect for kayaking and traveling! Took awhile to receive in the mail but definitely worth it.

Another company making out to be European when it's Chinese. I canceled the order as soon as I realised it was going to take two to four weeks for the order to arrive. I have contacted the company three times now and I have not had a response. It is wrong the way these companies don't specify where they are based and they don't have a customer service who you can contact only online and then they don't respond to you.

My hat came in a reasonable time and i love it. It is exactly as described. The company responded quickly when i had a question. Great experience.

This is not a scam. It is a genuine company who answers messages and more importantly sends the ordered product. I paid for the shipping only and received exactly the same item as advertised. Hat fits perfectly with a good size rim and looks good.

The hat has arrived and I'm delighted! Fits perfectly and packs in my bike panniers easily! Looking forward to wearing it on my up coming bike road trip!

I ordered my hat 14th December 2024. I originally got an email with a tracking number that did not work, TheGoodYouCo team were quite helpful to follow up with my enquiry. They were able to rectify the issue and my hat arrived to me in Australia on the 20th January.
The hat itself looks great and is well made. I ordered a black one. I love that it is breathable. I also like that it has a hole for your ponytail to go through. The rim of the hat I think will provide some good coverage from the sun. If purchasing a hat again I would order during winter for it to arrive with plenty of time to use it in spring and summer.

The quality of the hats and their styling is excellent. The only drawback is that the orders took almost two months to arrive. The hats were worth the wait, however. If I ever order again I’ll make to place the order in early or mid spring so I have the hats as summer is arriving instead of more than half way though.

The first delivery was prompt! The second was not! However, I contacted the support team ,and they were most helpful and kept in contact! A resolution was reached and my second delivery was promptly delivered! Thanks the good you co!

This company is fabulous and responds super quickly. I have received my order and have since done a second order as the whole family want too. This is not a scam at all, just a very caring business for the wellbeing of their customers. Yah there are real people out there!! PS: Forgot to mention, I'm from a small town in New Zealand.

I received my beautiful blue hat after a slight delay over Christmas as they were inundated with requests. It was at my door in New Zealand when I got home from shopping. It fits beautifully and I will be wearing it when I go for my long walks as it is summer-time here and very hot so, I need to wear it to keep me cool!
Please buy from this company as they are awesome!

Fake company all with reviews done in the last 2 weeks. There are no products and their pictures are lifted from another website.

I ordered a two hats before Christmas that have never turned up and no response to my emails.
