I've used this company twice now and found the service to be fantastic. My order was shipped out quickly and my Mother LOVED the hamper I sent her :)
I was subscribed for their boxes for couple of months.
The last box ( January 2021 ) was just a joke, which just 4 full size items and one tiny sachet of powdered juice.
They did not bother to provide with some discount to continue to be a member so I cancelled. Started good, but they just screwed themselves with products which really do not cost £13.45 per month. Do not recommend.
I needed to place a last-minute order for work, to be delivered as soon as possible. I contacted the Customer Services team who were very quick to respond and were able to help me with my order. The order arrived the next day. This service was a joy to use.
I bought a vegan hamper as a gift. The recipient was very pleased with the quality of the contents and I was very happy with the customer service provided. Reliable and efficient, would definitely recommend.
Very helpful from beginning to end. The products were great and they adapted to my changing needs.
I've just received a box sent out as a corporate gift by the company I'm currently working for (to encourage us as we slave away over our computers at home). What an absolute treat! Lots interesting and healthy(-ish) snacks from small suppliers. There are gluten free, additive free, dairy free, vegan options and loads of them in the box (I think it must be the "Bite Snack Box" I received). My family have been fighting over them since they arrived. I'll certainly consider sending them as gifts myself (and I will definitely be looking out for some of the brands - such as Ombar and Rhythm 108 in future).
