Disgusted and upset by the care of my dresses

Left 15 dresses with Emma at The Good Life Vintage to sell at this vintage clothes shop in ~Berkhamsted. They sold 2 over many months and i went to collect the unsold dresses today.
I was wholly disgusted and upset by the lack of care taken and condition of the returned clothes. I had given these items on hangers, clean and crease free. I was shocked when were returned in a Sainsbury's bag screwed up altogether [not even folded].
Every piece is badly creased and has a foul odour. Most of the dresses are silk and will need to be dry cleaned to get back to their original condition.
These dresses were my deceased mothers who had taken the greatest care of them and how painful for me to see their total disregard.
There is no system running at the store so that they know what are your items. I was told by the manager Emma that she thought all my items were in the bag, and if not they were on her rails somewhere!
Luckily i had kept photos of the items i had left and was able to identify missing items from the bundle handed to me. Again, total disrespect of my property and total lack of organization.
I am now left with good quality dresses in much worse condition than i handed them over and didn't even get my hangers back! It will take me some time to restore them and at some cost.
I am only sorry that i trusted this shop and sorry that i did not read reviews before i handed my belongings over to someone who just doesn't give a damn!
