I ordered 2 printcube and spare…

I ordered 2 printcube and spare cartridges in 2019. I received the printer in 2021 but as of January 2023 still have not received my cartridges. I tried to contact the company but they are not responding. The product is of very poor quality and very difficult to use and when it finally works the quality of the printing is awful. I bought them on the indigogo campaign at $129 and now they have them on their site at $99. My opinion is that it's a total ripoff. If you need a mini printer there is a lot of better product that you can find on the internet.

No product sent, No refund, No communication

My review will sound like all other reviews of this place. I paid in October of 2019 and still haven't received my printer. I wrote to them multiple times and still have yet to receive a response. Did someone say something about a lawsuit?

Pain to get in contact with but finally arrived.

I recently bought a Princube off their website. I can not speak for the IndieGoGo campaign as I ordered it directly from their website.

It did take about a week for it to ship and I did have to contact them through Facebook to get the tracking number because nothing was being sent to my email (which was annoying) but I did receive the Princube within a couple of weeks and it works great.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

If I could I would give them the biggest NEGATIVE number allowed.. I backed their crowd funding on Indeigogo. Project was brought to fruition and some backers received the reward and they are selling on their website. A lot of backers have received nothing, company is not communicating with backers.. They have lied about my tracking number and no longer give any kind of update. This is NOT Covid related or due to shipping issues. This company is not to be trusted with your money.

Product never received. Ordered 2+ years ago

I ordered a Princube in November 2019 for my son's birthday. It has never arrived. I have sent countless emails and contact form messages. The last response received was in Feb 2020. I have not received a single acknowledgement or update from 'The God Things' since. I thought it was just me, but having seen so many others with the same issue, it's clear now that this company are a complete fraud. Stay clear.

I wish I can give a zero star for this…

I wish I can give a zero star for this company but it wasn't an option. Similar to a lot of other people, contributed in their campaign on Indiegogo in October 2019, and finally received it in May 2021 with extra shipping cost last minute (it wasn’t optional, I was just asked to pay otherwise I wouldn’t get my item & no refund). However, the item was defective, and I tried many ways to contact them, but of course, no response from all platforms out there. Please do not purchase from them, they are horrible.

Total scam

Total scam. I backed their indiegogo for the princube and never received it. I tried reaching out through all avenues, facebook, indiegogo, email, support on their website and have never received a response
