No confirmation of order

So far I have made an online order 2 days ago and received no email notification, acknowledgement or receipt. I have received a Paypal email that I have paid a person (not a business). Searched for the company details and all that can be found is an email address. I have sent a message and will allow till this time tomorrow for a response before opening a dispute. If all ends well I will update on here, and amend my feedback/ratings. If it doesn't again I will update on here.
