Placed an order to get it on same day…

Placed an order to get it on same day coz i had a flight to catch. Then found that mistakenly I chose the 1-2 days delivery option. I called the guys in TGM they were so cooperative and helpful. They pushed my order through the same day delivery and got it before I fly. Thanks a million you amazing team ♥️🙌🙌

Items quality are really good.
Honest, sustainable, recyclable& biodegradable materials used in every garment.
Fabrics are really amazing. Long lasting color.

In the beginning I really like how they…

In the beginning I really like how they advertise their "sustainable and charity" theme. And I ordered 2 times from their website before, got the item fast and it's an OK product but OVER PRICED !!!

And a month ago I ordered again and till now I haven't received my order. I've contacted their customer service via email. But it was just an automatic reply saying they'll resovle my issue.
2 weeks later I sent them another email, whatsapp, and instagram DM. But NO REAL PERSON ANSWER my question regarding to where is my order ???

It's all robot / answering machine who will never resolve your issue.

SUCH A SCAM !!!
DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They just stealing your money !!!

I don't recommend.

I saw this on Instagram and thought the clothes looked cool and some of the pieces are unique and I wanted them for my wardrobe. However, their return policy and customer service sucks overall especially if you're in USA. Maybe I'm having a really bad impression on international companies these days but if they're doing business in UAE and blatantly advertise to customers in USA, please be friendlier with your policies.

The irritating thing is, on their returns policy page, they just repeat their answers in the questions THEY listed. For example, one question they put asked "do returns cost anything?" and the answer they provided doesn't even say whether returns cost anything and it has typos. The real answer is: YES, returns will cost you a crap load of money especially if you're in USA. AND it's only 14 days AND you get store credit only if you're outside of UAE. You're basically losing back to back by shopping with them. Literally a "giving movement".

And all honesty, I don't think this website really is what they say they are. Are they really in UAE? Are they even a real brand? Are they really as sustainable as they say? Becasue no real company would have such bad customer service like this. Their "our story" page really paints a nice picture but I'm sorry. I can't trust this brand and any USA customer should stay away too. Also, the pieces are VERY expensive for no obvious reason. While I understand they donate a portion to charity, it's obviously coming out of their profits from their grossly overpriced pieces that customers pay for.

Great clothing but sketchy sizing, bad return policies, bad customer service and not good for international customers.

Terrible returns system

I ordered several pieces, the sizing is all over the place. One pair leggings was borderline see through. I wanted to return 3 pieces, around $200 worth of items. They told me I need to cover costs to ship it back to UAE from USA, so I did.

The tracking said failed delivery attempt on July 6th, so I message them to see what is going on. They tell me they moved their address? And that I need to change the address on the package.
Nobody reached out to me to even make sure I knew that the address originally given to me was no longer correct. I had reach out to them over a week later.
Now I don't even know if it's too late to fix this, so I may just be out of some money.

Customer service is lacking, they seem to not be on top of the messages and repeat the same responses.

Customer service is not good

Delivery said to be done locally in the UAE in 2-3 days but done in 18 days after several messages and emails to their customer service which is never answering on time.

The best part was that after finally delivering in 18 days one of the item was damaged and I had to return it.

Products quality tends to deteriorate quite quickly as well - be careful.

Products look cool but customer service and product quality has to improve a lot.

U.K. buyers beware

If you are a U.K. shopper I would think twice before ordering from this company. My delivery was delayed by three weeks. I was charged duty tax and had to pay this to release my order even though it clearly states on their website U.K. orders should not be charged duty tax. Then when my order came I had an item missing!! At every step of the way the customer service has not been great and very slow. I still await a response to my email regarding a refund of the item missing and duty tax and not a voucher for just the duty because I will never order from them again! They also do not allow comments on social media - I wonder why!

Worst website I’ve ever ordered from

I made 2 orders on the 16th & 26th of April, it’s been more than 40 days and I didn’t receive any of my items. When I contacted customer service through all account they keep repeating the same sentence (we will ship your order in 2-3 working days) and when I requested a refund they said we will get back to you and they never did. Big scam !!!

I made an order about 3 months ago and…

I made an order about 3 months ago and I received my order just two weeks ago, and it’s missing a piece i tried to contact but not one answered
I never seen a bad service like this in my life
Im so angry and upset they gave me a code of 50% discount but it didn’t work
They ripped me off and didn’t even send me my missing piece
