Improvement in efficiency
I ordered 2 bottles, instead of paying 1x shipping cost, I have to pay 2x shipment, which doesn’t make sense. Efficiency can be improved here

Very dissapointed with service
Very dissapointed with service, already shared with you via phone too. Delivery was done appearantly to a far neighbour of mine days ago and no notification was shared or given to me that my that neighbour had the delivery. It was supposed to be a farewell present for a colleague which was too late...
