Personally would never use again
I ordered a tshirt based on the sizing guide provided on the website. When tshirt arrived it was too short. Customer service's response is that I should have allowed an inch difference (?!!). Apparently no refund or exchange allowed if wrong size is ordered. Will be looking into the legitimacy of this....

My phone case was exactly as I ordered. It took a while longer to arrive than I expected, as I hadn’t realised that it was coming all the way fromThailand ! It is sturdy and fits my Galaxy A14 phone perfectly.

Awful customer service.
Took nearly 4 weeks to receive my order, had no contact after placing my order for weeks even after contacting customer support twice. Finally received information about my purchase 2 weeks later after leaving a negative review online and was promised a partial refund if i were to delete said review which i did and never received the refund. Wouldn’t use again.
