We reviewed your case and here is the full timeline. We received your email on November 20th and replied on the 22nd. You got back to us on the 23rd and we responded the following day on the 24th. Your return was processed on the 25th and your replacement was shipped out on the 29th. Your shipping confirmation email, along with the tracking details, has already been sent to you.

We apologize for the slower return times right now. With the holiday season, our warehouse is experiencing a much heavier workload than usual, but we are doing our best to keep everything moving quickly.

According to the tracking information, your order was scheduled for delivery by Hermes on the 27th but they were not able to complete it. Please use the tracking code that was sent to your email on October 20th and check the Hermes website, as you may need to contact the courier to arrange another delivery attempt.

Regarding the email issue, we reviewed our system after seeing your message and everything appears to be working normally. Could you let us know where you tried to contact us and what problem you encountered?
