My items from the Garden shop arrived today. I was surprised at the speed of delivery. The items were so well packaged and my delicate purchases remained intact. The quality and price are so good and they communicated well in every step of the process. I have spread the word to friends. This is how to run a business. Well done all. I bought a garden apron which unfortunately was delivered but not received by me.
Having contacted Craig in the office I’m pleased to say that they dealt with this very speedily and I had a replacement delivered.
The apron is very good quality and a useful for carrying lots of garden utensils as I move around the garden.

Bought Christmas tree, decorations and lights. All perfect. Arrived promptly. Would recommend.

Beautiful plants, carefully wrapped for delivery, but what makes the place stand out is fabulous customer service. Great information about the plants, and you can tell they really want you to get the right things.
Great Irish business, reliable and went above and beyond when the delivery got caught up in the chaos from Holyhead. Outstanding.

Ordered two mushroom grow kits. One king oyster and the other brown mushrooms. The instructions were like something you would get from China. Made no sense whatsoever. I've grown many kits before so I knew what to do anyway. The king oyster grew a blue mould and the brown mushrooms absolutely stank. Both in the bin. Awful product and more than likely would be hazardous to health. Be careful. You can see the blue mould on the king oyster on one half of the substrate and you can see how awful they have grown. Terrible product. Complete waste of money

The garden shop offers a wide variety of goods at very competitive prices. I have also visited their lovely premises in Portarlington and thoroughly enjoyed it. Customer service is excellent and it was a friendly, inviting centre.

I ordered online for delivery - it arrived 2 days later.
One item I requested was no longer available but I received a call from Craig apologising and suggested another brand instead which I was happy to accept.

Customer service is second to none. I have bought several items, always promptly dispatched. I had a small issue with a hose I purchased, outside of the Garden Shops control, but it was quickly dealt with, the item was replaced very promptly I highly recommend this business.

Brilliant customer service.
I ordered a garden hose online, but never having connected one before to the garden tap was not quite sure what went where!!
I emailed the company and got a very quick response with a photo of a connected hose. However I still couldn't fit it to the tap. following this up I had a video call from Craig who took me through the whole process, very patiently I may add! I now have a working connected hose and am more than impressed with the customer service, so thanks a million. Would definitely use The Garden Shop again, fully recommend it.
