I am just giving four stars as I ordered the set of 3 bars of Rose soap which have not materialised as yet. That said, I love all the products I get from you on a regular basis and will continue to shop with your company.
I think this is the first time that an item I have ordered has not arrived. You are forgiven! Your products are excellent. Every good wish to all at your company for 2022, especially your phone staff - it is a joy to deal with them.

As the two items are gifts I can't say how wonderful it otherwise the quality is. I only rated it four stars as I felt it took you some time to tell me that the goods were on their way. The catalogue itself was lovely and the variety of goods excellent.

Actually your service is very good but my last order had to be returned as i am allergic to many things. I had written in to check the contents but your reply letter told me nothing in the way of information that i had asked for.
I risked ordering it but found that it had something in i was allergic too. So there for i had to pay postage both ways that i neednt have done if you had supplied the answer i requested.

missing item but pleased with what i have received so far.
I placed an order for two items, the one item I have received I am very pleased with. I am waiting on a response from customer service for the missing item. Once i receive a response/the item I will be happy to come and change my star rating.

Lost parcel??
After having received notification that my order had been despatched from The Garden Fragrance Company I waited to hear when it would be delivered. I had notification from Hermes that they had received my parcel. After a few days and no further correspondence, from Hermes, I tried to track where it was only to be informed, by the tracking app, that it couldn't be found. I then rang The Garden Fragrance Company to inform them about my dilemma. The young lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful.She explained that it would possibly be a few more days as the expected delivery was within 10 working days, I thanked her and said I would wait the extra time. I don't know what she did after hanging up but the next day I received an email from Hermes saying there was a delay with my parcel and they would let me know when it was out for delivery. It was delivered the next day. Thank you Garden Fragrance Company.
