My son ordered a war hammer combat patrol. They sent the wrong one. Apparently the listing had the wrong photo and keeps putting up the wrong one each time they restock. But nothing to say there is an issue. Not even a check to say that the product they were dispatching is different.
When raised a complaint was not even offered an apology. Given they are trading on reputation as a bricks and mortar store it’s a bit rubbish!
