Ordered three “Space Balls” on website on December 31, 2025. Finally received two balls January 24, 2026. Not “Space Balls”-“Galaxy Balls”. Not as advertised-would not charge properly, did not lift off any surface, basically useless!
I called the customer service number on my credit card statement. After getting past the AI “assistant”, the person I got insisted what I got was the same item. I said it definitely was not and I didn’t get what I ordered and was charged two separate shipping fees for one order. I said he had two choices-refund in full or I was going to dispute the charges with my Bank of America card. He chose option one. Not trusting this promise, I called my card customer service and amazingly the two refunds were pending! Now I will wait the requisite 10 days for the refunds to process. If they do, I will rejoice but never buy another toy online from an unknown company. If not, I will call my bank again and dispute the charges.
I will say it was obvious the number I called was not a company customer service-just some telemarketing outfit using that name. Lots of people talking in the background and no mention of a legitimate business.
Do not order “Space Balls” or any similarity named toy!

I bought the Galaxy Ball last year. They are crap. Didn’t work right. I tried to get my money back and they would not give it back. Do not buy this product.

I bought a space fly ball because it advertised it charges in 15 mins and play time is 30 mins. I receive something called a Galaxy ball that charges in 30 mins and has a play time of 5 mins. Big difference. How can companies get away with false advertisement. Where is the integrity? Don’t buy, it’s garbage!

I bought two balls. All they do is light up and run around in circles. I got taken for my money. It does NOTHING like the ad shows it can do. It is hard to charge and turn on and off. If you lose the orange remote you cannot turn it off.
The phone number they give is NOT a working number.
You can tell by their web site that if you return it you probably won't get much of a refund- if any. DON'T BUY!!!!!

I made a order for the Galaxy Ball, I got a confirmation of payment statint the order will be shipped but never received my order. No one responds to emails sent to you and the number your company listed for contact, just give a busy sigal and unable to leave messages.

Complete scam, product doesn't work at all, refund was a hassle.

I ordered galaxy fly balls as holiday presents. They do not work as advertised or maybe I received the wrong item. Customer service replied to an e-mail request as to the type of batteries needed to operate and now that the packages have been opened it turns out that information was not accurate. I want to return my purchase or exchange for what I believe I was purchasing. Today is 12/27 (so holiday presents have just been opened) but I am being told that a refund can not be issued since there is a 30 day window for returns and today is 31 days.

I purchased five Fly Balls, and contrary to their ad online and their packaging, it doesn't fly at all. It turns on and you can feel wind swooshing in palm of your hand, but it does nothing except fall to ground and go in small circles. Plus, has a very small remote (1.5x1.5 inches) that allows you to pause wind (lifting) motor. If a child loses remote, it will run continuously until battery runs out (about 15-20 minutes). When I contacted seller about return, they offered 40% refund, then 60% refund, then 80% and in each case, they said I could keep the defective Fly Balls. And with the 80% offer I was told it was one time, if I called back I could only get a 60% refund.

Remote toy car did not work. Since I bought it in November, by the time my grandson opened it for Christmas the return date had expired.

Tried it one time and the plastic wing inside broke. Difficult to turn the button on as well. These were purchased early for Christmas and of course they won’t even exchange cause bought too early. Poor policy and will not buy again

Ordered 2 Galaxy Fly Balls for my grandsons for Christmas. Ordered 11/14/23 and still have not received product. When you call company number music plays but no one answers. I tried emailing them and no one responds. Expensive lesson - $89. These people need to be prosecuted for scamming innocent people!!

This site sells JUNK! Anything on this website looks really cool, fun, or interesting. Until you get it and it’s a cheap plastic with a center fan, it does none of its marketing tricks! Over priced and terrible quality of items. Not to mention they decide what reviews show up on there site so even if it’s five stars... trust me it’s not

Got the Galaxy Flyball and charged it up, then used the little clicker thing to turn it on. Nothing happened. No motion, no lights, nothing. Useless to use. When I called them to get a refund they told me ok, and there will be a restocking fee plus I have to pay the shipping. So....I said, so this is a scam. And hung up. No joy here.

Scam!! Bought PS5 on November 25th, 2022. Tried canceling order almost immediately afterwards when I noticed misspelled words on their website (red flag #1 and I missed it). The phone number they provide goes to magic jack and is never answered. They will not return emails or chat messages. You HAVE to pay through "afterpay" and can not cancel payments even though the product never ships. I promise you will regret even considering this "company" to save a couple dollars! Beware

Scammers payed for ps5 never got they email me one time then stopped then put my package out for delivery and said it was delivered I NEVER GOT ANYTHING

This is a scam no product shipped and no reply to emails.

Bought a product I never received. Tried to contact them and never heard anything so I had to report the issue to PayPal. Now I’m waiting for that to be resolved. It was $30 so I just want my money back at this point. Wish I would have read these reviews first ! These people SUCK and you will be wasting your money.

I have been waiting for an order nearly two months, which has not been shipped. According to the tracking, they received an incorrect address and they notified the sender, which is not correct, given that I gave the right address and neither my postal service nor I have been notified. Currently it says my order is on hold, and the customer has been notified, which again, did not happen. I have wrote 2 emails to galaxy products over the last month, which I haven't got any response. I would not recommend them to anyone, unless you want to pay for something you will never receive with faulty tracking messages.
