The website is good and they have good prices. I got upgrades that I didnt find elsewhere and they were legal and working (for exampla a Sonible upgrade that worked perfect!)

The order was "cancelled" by the seller almost immediately after payment. No response to two messages. No refund.
[EDIT] Hmm, the order was finally completed. But why only after Paypal's intervention? Shopping for software shouldn't be difficult today, right?

Hey, we’re human and we all make mistakes and we apologize for this mistake that was made on this order. We’re basically a small mom and pop operation so we appreciate your business instead of giving it to large corporations.
We unfortunately had a technical mistake that was made with that individual product that caused it get automatically canceled and it slipped by us with the volume of traffic and orders we’re receiving this time of year. The issue has since been corrected.
Thanks again for business and patience during this mix up.

Update: They made it right.
I bought the Flux Elixir plug-in and never could get it to work. I reached out to The FX Chain for help and they referred me to Plugivery. I reached out to Plugivery and they referred me to Flux. I went back and forth with Flux and it took long waits between messages and I did everything they recommended and still never got the plug-in downloaded and working. I will never do business with any of these companies again.
Update: The FXchain reached out to me and made things right, so I am amending my review and adding a few more stars. In the end, customer service matters!!

We do have on record that we responded to your emails concerning this issue but we never received a reply back letting us know if you had located your license or not. We will be contacting you by email to resolve this and help you get your missing license code.
Update as of 3/1/2023: We've tried to contact you to make sure you have received your license code and have also included the license code in the emails as well. We have received no response from customer.

I can't make transaction
I can't make transaction, FXchain cancelled my order, make a refund & says my order was Fraudulent.
I emailed FXchain, no single word
