The packaging is decent and environmentally friendly. However, if the products will be dispatched in different parcels. It is better to list in the shipment information or simply just shipped in one parcel to avoid confusion or misunderstanding.

I am impressed with all the staffs at the counter: they are very helpful, one checked the meaning of white sappire, one checked the stock of the marquise curb-link bracelet, one helped me to put the necklace for me to try.

Such a nice design

I purchased a ring and some earrings, and they arrived sooner than I expected. The earrings arrived defective and made of the wrong material. I contacted the company and they quickly processed the return. The correct earrings arrived the same week I returned the others.
