The worst immigration/ education agency…

The worst immigration/ education agency you’ll find in the whole and entire US.. I started the process of changing schools with them, I’m an international student with a F1 visa and planned on migrating from English classes to a Masters degree.. I only used this awful agency because my friends who underwent the same process told me they had done theirs.. For starters, they CHARGE you for giving information on universities!! What the heck?! They call it “mentoring”, but in fact it is them charging just to give info you could have gotten from the universities’ websites easily.. Then, they don’t assign one person to take care of your process and multiple people call or email you about the very same things.. tiring.. I missed the first 3 weeks of classes because of them, and the only reason I started studying was because I decided to go in person to the university, where I was told that “they had been waiting for me”!! I don’t mind paying for people to do stuff for me, but if you are getting paid to do them, then why do I have to do them either ways?! Run from this type of business.. they don’t deserve your money (especially because at the end of the day, they’re not doing anything and you’re left with sorting out documents and stuff by yourself, just as if you haven’t had to pay someone to do it).. Bad service.. bad communications.. extremely expensive (given that not even they know how to justify what they charge).. money diggers would maybe be the best description for what they are.. I hope “the future” is not like this!!
