Unfair Account Swapping & Total Support Silence – I Demand a Full Refund!
Even the don't replay on trustpilot.....I WAS WRITE THIS REVIEW MORE THAN 3 TIMES , BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLAY.....
I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with The Funded Room. On February 27, 2026, I purchased a $5K Two-Step challenge account. I successfully passed Phase 1 by trading honestly. However, the next morning, I received an email from them claiming their site faced a "bot attack" and that "ghost trading" had occurred on my account.
Without my consent, they forcefully took away my $5K Two-Step account and replaced it with a $10K Instant Account (Account ID: 20273). This Instant Account came with strict 15% consistency rules that completely ruined my trading style. My trading strategy relies on a very high Risk-to-Reward ratio (1:10+), which is fundamentally incompatible with their forced 15% consistency rules.
After receiving this unwanted account, I emailed their support team more than 10 times, begging them to take back the Instant Account and just give me a standard 1-Step or 2-Step challenge instead. They completely ignored all my emails and gave zero replies. Left with no choice and no support response, I was forced to trade on that $10K Instant Account. I managed to make a $200 USD profit, but due to their forced consistency rules, I couldn't even withdraw it. The psychological pressure of these forced, incompatible rules eventually led to a daily loss limit breach, and the account was closed.
This entire failure was triggered by their system's "bot attack" and their refusal to communicate or give me the challenge type I actually paid for. Since they forced an incompatible account on me and completely ghosted my support tickets, I demand a full refund of my original fees immediately.

Constintency rules for intant accounts…
Constintency rules for intant accounts need to be improved. An daily draw down in one pear for funded accounts need to be more clear.
5 percent rules
Incorrectly 3% rule violation scam.
Incorrectly 3% rule violation scam.
Mera 5000$ ka instant account last 15 din se issue solve nhi huva hai incorrectly 3% rule laga ke account breach kr diya gya hain or jb me aapke ai se puchhta hu ki ye account type konsa hai to vo bol rha hai ki ye instant account nhi hai. ye two step account hain or mere instant account me 2 step wale rule laga ke account breach kr diya gya hain.
Mene 30+ mail kiye lekin tumhari support team se koi response nhi aa rha hain or mera ye issue genuine hai isliye mere ko ye problem solve krke do.

I'm beginner level trader and first…
I'm beginner level trader and first ever trading in any prop firm. I have passed my two step 5k$ account in first attempt and blow up in funding stage. Now, I'm close to funding stage in second with better consistency and discipline than before. Genuinely, I have learnt alot from Mayank bhai on risk management. Trading was never been this fun and enjoyable. Thanks alot!
The Order is being placed after 2- 2.5…
The Order is being placed after 2- 2.5 seconds, That is there almost 2.5 sec delay then at the price the order is being executed, in the beginning it was good. And the spread is beacoming very high these days. Its good to cut toxic trading loose, but its unfair to put this much huge spread
