I just got married last Saturday (October). I ordered two anime logo leather bracelets. I planned to wear one and gift the other to my sister. It took 104 days to arrive. They turned out lovely and exactly as pictured. I sent them two emails though saying the wedding date and and how I had tried to be patient. The first email was replied with a stock response. After the second I was ghosted. They arrived today. Four days after the wedding. Seriously unimpressed.

Never got anything, scammed, don’t bother with these guys. It’s been almost 2 months after I ordered something from them.

Poor service and empty promises.have better customer service and deliver products promised to the customer on time no delays very sad company

It's a scam, ordered items March 2 2023 and haven't received anything. Tried getting in contact with the email and I continue to get the same I'm busy email and to wait more time for your items. "Support" is no help. I reported them to the ftc.

Scammers.

First said first 200 people win but yet its 6 months on and I keep getting g email I won 5 free items... Then demands I pay over $76 (£50) delivery costs.

RIP of and scammers. You don't win anything as delivery costs EXTORTIONATE (I can buy the 5 "free"items for under £8 in a local shop.

Don't ever order anything from this site !!! You never receive those items you order.
And don't believe those giveaways. They are scam to let them, get more customers to get scammed !!

So my friend and I didn't trust this site from the start. Little bugs in their pricing which makes everything free... But then colossal shipping costs?

We didn't buy it, but after researching many more sites, we found the exact products dirt cheap on Aliexpress.

My friend bought a pocket watch from their site (for 'free') and paid 9 euros in shipping.

I bought the pocket watch on Aliexpress for around 5 euros including shipping.

His order arrived a week or two before mine, we waited for my order to arrive and then did what we do best. Dismantle it, check its durability and use chemicals to check more boring stuff. Conclusion?

Aliexpress is cheaper and arrives 2 weeks later but the quality and the materials are the same.

Simply put, they do an excellent job at promoting their stuff and dropshipping. But it is not worth it, all of their products can be found on sites such as Aliexpress and other much cheaper sites.

As I said before, it isn't worth it. If you want these items, buy them for 1 euro each and 5 euro shipping on Aliexpress and wait 2 weeks longer. I bet Wish even has all these things.

TL;DR: Don't buy from this site unless if you can't wait 2 weeks longer when buying it from sites such as Aliexpress. Tested all aspects of the pocket watch, and they're no different from Chinese 'garbage'.

Update 14/3/23

After almost a month of waiting for the cancelled shipment my last item arrived today.
I have to say all of the items I got are well made. Last one had a very strong chemical/plastic smell.
After over 30 emails back and forth from the beginning of this process, I have to say that the customer service or lack there of is the biggest issue this company have, the standard "SORRY WE ARE REALLY BUSY RIGHT NOW " brush off is not acceptable, and to take 3 days to respond isnt acceptable either, if Emily or Jessica ( who I think are the same person ) cant handle the amount of customers that are sending them emails they need to employ someone fulltime that can.

I have emailed them to let them know that I was unhappy with the length of time for responses and the long delivery times for items, 3 months is too long. The same items can be bought on Aliexpress for way cheaper and take only weeks to arrive not months.
All round not a great experience with this company, I will not be buying from the again.

Update 20/2/23

After waiting with no reply from Fullmetal about no tracking update, I decided to check with another tracking company, MY ORDER shipment has been cancelled.
NO IDEA WHY.

I have contacted Aftership ( tracking app ), they said to contact Chinapost,( really helpful , NOT ) ( Have had no response from Chinapost as yet ) I have also contact Jessica and Emily from Full metal , usual email repsonse ( too busy sorry ) .
I have re-emailed them , hopefully they can sort this out.
Never had a parcel cancelled before, no idea if the parcel will go back to full metal or to the maker of the item. NOT HAPPY JAN.

Update 14/2/23
3 out of 4 items arrived today,was surprised they actually turned up,the figures I bought are RE:Zero.
They are quiet small and well made.
Fingers xxx the last one turns up soon.

Update 8/2/23

I now have 2 tracking numbers,so far neither have updated,will give them till next Wednesday and check tracking.
Will see how long it takes for both parcels to get here.

Another email from Jessica ,I have a tracking number,apparently the 4 figures I ordered are being made by different makers ,my order has been partially fulfilled.
Now I have tracking I have added it to Australia Post tracking app.
Will see how we go.

Update 2/2/23
After a lot of email to Jessica and Emily and threatening to contact PayPal for a refund and generic responses from them,I received an email this morning saying my parcel is on its way ( we shall see ).

No tracking number given. 1 month since I ordered,so much for 4 day order processing,they need to have a more realistic time frame.
Will update if and when my order arrives.

I am at 14 days since ordering ,no update to order which is still listed as unfulfilled, Emily and Jessica send the same email saying they are super busy and will get back to me if required. Each time I get an email about a new event I send them an email about my order. Emily did respond asking for my order number which I put in every email,they never respond.

Extremely poor customer service well lack of it. Your website say you have happy customers ,well dear girls this customer isn't HAPPY.

Total scam. Got sent an email saying I won their contest, and that I could pick up to 5 items for free. I selected my items, but when I went to pay, I had to pay nearly $50 in shipping.

The items look cheaply made, like something I could get off of Wish. I backed out of the Paypal page and deleted everything from my cart. They better not charge me!

Scam giveaway for "free" items that want you to pay on avg $10 per item for shipping. "winner" landing pad is just a generic directory on their website.

Adding items from here or from the free "birthday" items also have the same $10/item shipping cost. Don't get baited by the "free" and as others have said don't give them your payment info.

I just did my order. I wish i did a thorough research before paying.
From the looks of it most of the review here are saying it's scam.
I'm not sure what to do now.
But here's my take. They'll tell you thet you win 5 free items.. then when you're on check out they make you pay 50CAD.

If you only pick 2 items they ask 20CAD.

So it's not free. Its 10CAD per item.
If you're reading this. No amount of small accessories that comes from 1 store (supossedly "free")should cost 50CAD for shiping.

Ordered a monthly subscription box, first I can’t imagine the 3 items inside were worth the $25 I paid as they were two small pendant keychains(which I couldn’t even recognize what anime they were supposed to be from) and and inch tall spirited away no face figure in a small corked jar. The figure was arguably the best item, but the items were shipped stuffed in a small flimsy box and the jar was broken. Reached out to customer service several times even sending images of the broken item. Only response I received was a canned response saying they are dealing with a lot of service emails.

So I took part in the giveaway and here's my experience:
I couldn't belive I won and so I excitedly got on their store to pick out my items. I was very confused that they wanted to give me 4-5 items for free (I had to pay for the shipping though). After I had placed my order they continued to send me E-Mails about offers and giveaways so I was like "Ok was probably a scam, so there go my 30€". After looking on this site and their official Insta where they had many posts but not much likes for the "number 1 anime store" I thought "Yeah I won't ever get to see my delivery", but I just did like 10 minutes ago. Right after my purchase they sent me an E-Mail claiming the delivery takes about 45 days, but I got it after 25-30 days. I get why many say it's a scam and I'm sorry for everyone who didn't get their order, but for me everything worked out fine. The only negative I can say is, that you can't track your order. For everyone wondering where I'm from, I'm from Austria (Europe) and because of this experience I wouldn't claim that TheFullmetal is a scam site.

Both me and my girlfriend have bought from this company in the past month or so and haven't received any of it. We bought as a guest and they took out for the next month subscription despite us doing a one-time payment. How do they still have our card info if we don't have an account???? Encrypted card payments my ass.

Do NOT buy from this place they are obviously a scam! All good reviews are definitely bots or people that don't care where their money goes or how long they wait for a product.

NOT A SCAM
I ordered a few things, and while the website does say it will take longer to arrive, my items arrived within 2 months. The Pocket watch was actually really good quality and my Kunai was pretty much a weapon. I do like the quality of their stuff. Even if it takes a while to get, the price is right!
If you don’t like waiting, stick to buying stuff from Amazon. Otherwise, don’t support small businesses.

I got here from an instagram promotion for free things with paid shipping, and I decided to buy a couple of keychains. They didn't arrive for a while, so I considered that it might have been a scam, but it was £12 and I knew I was risking that. There is an e-mail address I can ask if it takes too long, but I forgot about it all.

They actually arrived today! 101 days after ordering. Yes, 3 and a half months. I live in the UK.

The actual keychains, however, are in excellent quality, exactly as pictured, with no visible wear, even the free-to-spin component.

Obvious scam website, don't buy. They send emails to everyone who signs up for a giveaway and claims you have won, but when you go to their website to claim the free goods it's obvious it's all a scam to get your money. They say you get to pick items of your choosing for free and you'll only have to pay a "small" shipping fee, but when you go to actual checkout, shipping for just one item is $10! Free, my ass. What a ripoff and a waste of time. Emily is the bot that's given a 5-star rating to their own website on this review site, how laughable. And then they continue spamming you with emails of more fake "giveaways." F*** off, man. PLEASE, DON'T SPEND ANY OF YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE - IT'S ALL FAKE AND A SCAM.

Absolutely horrible I bought something of the website halfway through last year and they are taking money out of my bank account every month for the last year I've tried emailing to stop it but it doesn't work absolutely horrible!

My girlfriend ordered an item from this site in October and as of mid-February it has yet to arrive. The tracking number has ceased updating and requests for a refund have been ignored or the excuse of "just keep waiting, sometimes it takes a while due to Covid" has been given. Just order the items yourself online from AliExpress. It's cheaper and far more likely to actually arrive at your house.
