The bezel arrived on the 8 June.
4 pieces of plastic which was not worth all the hassle!

Awful product and worse company.
I purchase one of their "premium" products which arrived with dents and inconsistent powder coating. I was told the dents were part of the powder coating process. To even get this far it took 4 weeks of email and multiple pictures of the products, packaging (luckily I kept all this) and in the end I've given up and had it repaired myself at further expense.
I cannot believe a company like Samsung would associate themselves with cowboys like this.
The site looks like it was setup in Canada, registered in Iceland with no UK links

Ordered a free bezel as part of a Samsung promotion. Eventually some cheap looking bits of plastic arrived, with some fixing parts missing. No response from the 'support' email. Eventually got through to someone on the phone. Emailed the required order number, pictures of the bits I do have, etc. Email reply assured me the details have been sent to the 'relevant team' Since then, nada.

I don’t understand how a major company like Samsung are using such a terrible company like theframebezel.com to provide bezels for their high value televisions. This company is a complete joke! If it wasn’t for Samsung’s direct link to this company as part of their 2023 the frame TV “free bezel” promotion I would have thought it was a scam! Avoid this company at all costs! Im STILL waiting over 3 weeks later for a standard bevelled bezel that should have been dispatched “within days” as per their FAQ. I’ve emailed support@theframebezel several times with no reply or acknowledgement and the customer service phone number is only an intermediary company that cant do anything to help!
Absolutely terrible experience, I’m so disappointed with Samsung for promoting this complete shambles of a company.

I placed a standard order (nothing customised), with 2-3 day shipping. No update for 4 business days. I logged a support ticket and phoned to try to get feedback on when the order would be shipped. Each time either getting no response, or a promise that they would check and get back to me, but getting no update following. Now it's been 8 business days since the order was placed, and still no feedback on when it may dispatch. Absolutely ridiculous, I regret ordering from this site.
