I ordered a triceratops bone from The Fossil shop, it was shipped the same day, arrived really quickly and was very well packaged. It looks great on my mantel and is a nice conversation piece. It even came with a handy stand and card with information about its age and where it was from.

My Minecraft obsessed son was just about to turn 6 and decided that he wanted to become a paleontologist. I had to do a quick pivot especially as he said he wanted fossils for his birthday.
A very quick google and I found this store, I was in a rush and grabbed a Mosasaurus tooth, knowing nothing about the most of these it felt like a great price.
It arrived super fast with a handwritten note to me thanking me for my order. The tooth came in a lovely little box with a little note in it giving a little more detail about the tooth.
My son was absolutely over the moon with it, he loved that it came in its own box, he could carry his precious tooth to school safely and had a the note inside to remind him what to say at show and tell.
The things that really stood out to me about this business is the human touch, from the handwritten note to the box and the note inside the box. The level of care showed me that this was a small business however, when I was on the website it was clean, fast and very well put together. I work in IT and am really impatient, for a small business it's fantastic.
I have only just realised that there is also a shop, it's a little far away from me but I would love to take my son, next time we are in the area I am going to make an effort to stop by. I have recommended this store to a lot of the parents at school.
Please keep doing what you are doing, you are standing out in a world where sales are mostly just numbers. Thank you for making my sons birthday and, thank you for making me feel like a valued customer, even for a low value order.

We always adored visiting the shop in Scarborough and was so pleased when we discovered the store had gone on line. The online shop was easy to use and items arrived well wrapped and safe within the next couple of days. My items are breathtaking and are amazing examples of history you can hold in your hand, that blow your mind. Can’t wait to see my son’s face on Christmas Day. A big thank you
