⚠️ Beware before buying from Formal Club ⚠️

I recently purchased 2 shirts from Formal Club (Order No: TFC28249) and had a very disappointing experience.
• The quality and fit of the shirts were not up to the mark.
• When I tried to return them, their customer care executive informed me that ₹200 will be charged for the return.
• Nowhere on the product page was this mentioned — instead, they had advertised “Easy Return & Exchange.”
• Only when I raised the issue, I was told this hidden charge is written in their Terms & Conditions page. When I questioned this, the representative bluntly told me that I “should have read their T&C page.”

This is clearly misleading marketing. They highlight “easy returns” but hide the charges in fine print.

Good quality

I bought shirts for my father and the quality of the shirts is fantastic, he just loved the fit and quality. My father feels comfortable & relax in The Formal Club shirts. I would recommend it to everyone, it's a must buy🤞🏻
