I ordered from not on the high street .. at first no problems and my parcel was dispatched within 2 weeks .. however it didn’t arrive when I was told it was .. then I checked the reviews and got very worried .. I got in touch with Elaine at forest and co and she was lovely .. she promised that the parcels would be there by the following Monday but nothing arrived .. after that I called again when they didn’t arrive and she re sent the items and it was delivered by that Friday .. the items are brilliant and even though there was a slight hiccup at the start it was all delivered correctly and perfectly .. thank you Elaine for all your help …

Do NOT order from this company. They do not send the product and keep delaying the dispatch date.
I ordered on the 19th November for my friends birthday, 3 times the have delayed the delivery date and still no product.

Similar to the below. This is a scam company. I have requested a refund through not on the high street. You pay for the item but no product arrives and they are not contactable. I should have read the reviews before ordering.
A month of waiting
Order on 6 November. Told it would be delayed (I assume no one at the company though there might be demand after a Guardian revue!)I waited, the order was not delivered. They offered to resend it. This Company should not be trading.
After placing an order with The Forest & Co through Not on the High Street, I thought there would be no problem. How wrong was I. The Forest & Co should not be trading. They are taking payment for orders which, at the end of the day, never materialise. After waiting for 4weeks, and being fobbed off with numerous excuses, I was prepared to wait no longer. I complained through Not on the High Street and was immediately sent a refund. Get yourself sorted Mr.Wells or you won't have a business to run.
Not happy company is a farce
Not happy company is a farce, didn't expect it tbh my own fault for not checking trip advisor first assumed NOTH would not allow them to sell through them. Not quality controlled in anyway from what I've experienced and seen on here, I'll be contacting trading standards to have this company looked into. APPAULLED
Jewellery box
I ordered a small personalised jewellery box for my granddaughter which arrived with a small cut in the faux leather covering. The stud on the handle was off centre and the personalised name very poor.
After reading of other buyers experiences with trying to return purchases, I did not bother. But I will not be using this company again.
Extremely poor service ...avoid
I bought a gold wall cabinet from The Forest and Co via Not on the High Street on 15 Feb 2024 which I never received. After many calls and emails over the months I was constantly being told the cabinet arrival was imminent ,telling me it was on its way any day .
Eventually after purchasing a similar item elsewhere I asked for a refund about a week ago (October) ...no email or notification of refund occurred. On phoning earlier today there were all sorts of excuses and only after a threat of calling my solicitor a refund was immediately processed. What kind of customer service is this? Keeping someone's money for over 8 months with no goods in return. I am surprised this company is still in business .
Awful customer service and no product
Unfortunately our experience is much like the below. Two week delivery promised. A month later and no product. Not response. No refund. Shame as some of the product look nice, but the customer experience is unforgivable. If you can, shop elsewhere.

Bought a beautiful fairy light star from forest and co the lady in the shop was lovely and i wanted another Elaine was so helpful I picked it up yesterday from the warehouse to save me going into totnes and it's as beautiful as the first thankyou so much x
SCAMMERS
Ordered something from them on Not on the Highstreet on the 25th July. Constantly delays dispatch date so still haven’t received 2 months later. They’ve ignored two requests for my order to be cancelled. Have contacted not on the Highstreet to report them so hope I have more luck with them responding…

I am yet again so impressed with The Forest & Co. I’ve ordered their beautiful advent candles for a few years now (having originally bought the jars as gifts for both our parents) and they could not be more helpful and more friendly. They have always gone out of their way to help me with questions (often stupid ones!), and delivery etc and have been so patient and kind and just lovely to do business with. I couldn’t recommend them more and only wish I lived a bit closer to be able to visit their store as everything online looks beautiful! Thank you as always Forest & Co.

Back in January this year I returned an incorrect item for the exchange of the correct one. 9 months later and after many, many emails and phonecalls, I have neither the correct item nor a refund! This is a real exercise of stamina, fortitude and determination - but I will win!
Not on the High Street Seller
Unfortunately I didn’t read these reviews before I ordered through #notonthehighstreet and I have not received delivery for two items I needed to go on holiday this Friday when they should have been delivered on Monday. I have now been in contact with NOTH I have ordered quite a few gifts from them over the years and been very pleased. But very displeased by the service from Forest & Co. Can’t understand with all these terrible reviews NOTH still uses this company.
Birth flower scarves
Ordered the Birth flower scarves from The Forest & Co, they arrived beautifully individually wrapped with a card for each one explaining the significance of the month/flower.
Because it was a big order I had months duplicated and because I had chosen to have the initials embroidered on the scarves I had to open some to establish who each scarf was for, so maybe could suggest that the initial could be put on the flower card if months are duplicated. Otherwise very happy with the service will definitely use again
Appalling Service
I ordered two items from The Forest & Co back in October 2023. A mirror and a hook, I had to chase my order several times as they were not in stock and had to be ordered in (no problem, I wasn't in a rush). The mirror arrived in a suitable enough time but the hook took 10 months and several prompting emails from myself to ask where it was and to eventually get the company to put the order in.
When the hook arrived it was completely different to the one I had ordered and waited 10 months to receive. I do not like the one I was sent at all, it was not right for the room in which it was planned to be and very different to that bought. I contacted the company yet again to say that I wanted to return the item. Their usual policy, as per their website, is that customers have to pay for the return. However as I waited 10 months (!) to receive the incorrect item I am not happy to spend more money to return it given that it is the company's mistake. I have emailed them 3 times to request this including giving fair warning that I would have no choice but to leave a bad review, which I didn't want to do, and they haven't even deigned to reply. I really dislike leaving poor reviews but have no choice given the appalling service I have received with delays, poor communication, incorrect item being sent and being totally ignored. Unacceptable.
