They don’t even respond, i just want my refund back and not want the shirt anymore, i’m very annoyed at them for having such terrible customer service, i need my refund after sending 13 emails and asking politely for a tracking which they don’t give you, do not shop here ever!

i received notification of a paypal charge for an order i had not placed (text message) and an email asking me to "complete" the transaction.

I contacted paypal as it appeared that the Transactions had been placed without my approval - paypal is investigating ( i cancelled the paypal transactions).

Lodged a complaint on the company site.

First order for me and I'm very satisfied. Took about 4 weeks but it was worth waiting for!! Brilliant shirt, high quality. Size is perfect... can only say that I'm very happy. Will order again very soon!

I frequently order shirts at the footballshirt store and normally I receive the high quality shirts pretty fast. The last shirt I ordered however, I did not receive. After getting into contact with James from the football shirt store, I was told the shirt had a delivery issue. The same day James shipped a new shirt, which should arrive soon now. Fast response and excellent service!

Already ordered several times and they have really nice quality products. If you have questions about your order, you recieve a correct and fast answer from the customer service.

Unfortunately the shipment took much longer then expected. Tracking system told: chinapost. Delayed probably due to covid-19 as a lot of other shipments. However, the communication was really quick and good service. In the end I have received the football Barcelona shirt.
