Worth the wait, great products
It takes a while to be delivered but it’s worth waiting for, I got confused by the due date though thinking it wouldn’t arrive till the 1st of march, still doesn’t take away from the great product

I really loved this jersey
I really loved this jersey. I got a mystery jersey box for kids and when it arrived it came with 6 collecter cards and the fabric was really comfortable, also the stitchings looked very nice and when I searched that code up the jersey was very much not fake, an authentic jersey for this price is a very big win, 5/5👏

Great value for money
For just £30 I got a shirt worth at least double that. It came within a week of ordering too. I’ve used five football shirt companies before and this was certainly my best experience.

AWFUL customer service
They do not respect their customers. The links to their social networks are broken, if you find their accounts and drop them a message they just ignore it, they respond to your emails once a week in a rude and formal way. They cannot even apologize when they know they did f*** up with your delivery. That is clearly not the way to do business with your customers the proper way.

My son (11 years) proudly shows this fantastic opportunity of having football shirts.
The Mystery Box clearly shows a picture with three football t-shirts - price from £26.95. Wow that is a treat.
OK then shipping to DK on top. Then the import tax on top. Then I think it is paid.
Huge is my surprise that only ONE t-shirt is in the box. This shirt is brand new and from the season 2019/2020 3rd shirt. Looking great.
However for the price paid I could have chosen this season and with printing.
Yes reading the small print - there is one in the pack. But I feel cheated - and have informed directly to TheFootballShirtClub.
