Bought a phone for my Mum who is 82 from The fone village largely because when she needs help (and I cant help) I could bring it back here for support. I did just that and the gentleman was so kind and professional and understood how stressed Mum was when she though she had been hacked. Sorted the mobile out for us and cleared all the bad stuff out so it was all good again. Good efficient service.
