I have spent a lot of money at 5TFL. My family has 6 boards. I have purchase, and returned many things. They always have great customer service and are always willing to go the extra mile to help.
Their rail guards/sidekicks removed the paint from the bottom of my board, part of the serial number and matrix code. They caused more damage than using nothing at all. Mr. Owner Jeff said he could only refund or replace the sidekicks and I was on my own with the damage to my board.
I might not be able to get future motion to service the board now and I'm pretty sure my warranty is done.
I read loads of reviews and everyone is happy with their customer service, I don't know what I did wrong to get treated so poorly. It was like he completely didn't care his product damaged my board.
Don't support a person/company that won't stand by their products.
