Wonderful products! The compartments and ability to fold down a side to use the contents is genius! It’s a great way to tidy your space whilst looking great too!

Very impressed. Zipped pockets can be opened either side whether the sides are upright or folded
Internal dividers are movable or can be removed altogether.

After reporting a slight tear in my bag the customer service team could not have been any more helpful. Within 24hrs I have a new bag in the way. I already have a quilted bag and absolutely love it. I have the marshmallow box bag and i absolutely love it, unfortunately the fabric got caught in the zip and the zip broke off the track on one side , stopping me from being able to shut it. This was purchased for me as an Xmas present through Very, I contacted flat lay directly and after a few pictures sent they quickly dispatched a replacement for me, thy were very quick to help and their responses were almost instant. Haven’t seen such amazing customer service in such a long time!

I recently bought the squisy marshmallow bag which I absolutely loved.
However , I have since ordered the jelly box and to be honest I'm disappointed.The zip is very difficult to zip up n is a bit flimsy. Will have to see how it goes when in use properly .

I had an issue with an offer code (free bag) which wasn't applied properly at checkout and so I wrote an email to the customer service team. They straight away replied and got the missing item sent to me - sorted!

There was a slight issue with uneven stitching on the marshmallow bag I purchased and the Flatlay Team couldn’t have dealt with it any better. I was impressed and will definitely purchase from them again. The make-ups bags are practical and beautiful.
