The Fitzrovia Centre Reviews 

I ordered more than two weeks ago and only received a confirmation of my order. The money has been taken from my card but I haven't received my items. I ordered twice before and everything went smoothly. Now my mails come back with a notice that the account doesn't exist.

I’ve had same awful experience as other reviewers.
Ordered £44 worth on 16/12 and received confirmation of order but that was it. Tried emailing , phoning, messaging through their fb page - no response. This is disgusting. Now going to attempt to get my money back through my credit card company.

I have previously bought from this website and been very happy. The product is amazing, and highly recommend. So when I put an order in on 24th Dec for some more, I was really shocked that the service has deteriorated so catastrophically!
Money taken from my bank.
No product sent.
No reply to 5 emails.
No response to the online contact us form (tried 4 times).
Messaged via Facebook.
Emailed their complaints email address but it was returned undelivered.
Emailed the address available on Facebook - also undeliverable.
Phone not answered.
Disgusted with the lack of service - there is no excuse for such rudeness.

No stars for this company.
I ordered over £100 worth of shampoos and conditioners on the 8th November. I have still not received my order. I have written a few times with no answer and have tried calling the number on facebook numerous times. It says engaged.
This is a complete disgrace and I shall be reporting them to the ombudsman.

Ordered four weeks ago with delivery by DPD promised. NO phone number, no address, The contact form for emails -- the only way to contact them -- they have never replied - have sent 4 requests for information or a refund. Have now begun the lengthy process of asking my bank to organise a refund.

Ordered placed on 8th sept 23- never arrived and no customer service to ask for refund. Stay away.

My order has not arrived 9 days later, although payment was taken immediately on point of order, including an extra £8.95 for next day postage. There was no receipt sent, and no response to either of my emails following up. I will have no choice but to reclaim the money through my bank in the next few days.
Great product, appalling service.

Highlights: Very good results and easy to use.
Lowlights: Delivery is super unreliable. Expect delays, faulty products, unresponsive customer service etc.

I ordered a product on the 04/11/22. As at 11/04/22 no product arrived . I got an email same day saying they were dispatching the product. I tried emailing, the email bounced back saying the address did not exist.

They appear to have pocketed my money, please do not use this company. If I hear anything I will post and update.

Initially thought I’d been scammed but in all fairness I’ve received the product now and they threw in another bottle. Annoying it was a week late when it said next day but the issue has been resolved so I’ve changed my review

Decent products, used for a while

I have purchased Fitzrovia products from TK Max many times & loved them. This time I decided to go straight through to the online Fitzrovia Centre London website for convenience. At the time I did regret doing so. I spent £45 on 3 items in June '22 and anticipated a 2 day delivery window. Unfortunately they never arrived & no explanation had been received. I sent an email in July & received an apology - the product was in fact out of stock. I was promised a refund that day. I was also told I would receive a free bottle of shampoo (when it was back in stock) & as a gesture of goodwill. However I did not receive a refund until I contacted PayPal. In October I did receive a complimentary bottle of shampoo - which came as quite a surprise - being that it was several months later. This has changed my initial opinion and I can only assume that there had been genuine operational issues at the time of my order which the company have since remedied.

Total rip off - They take your money and never send the products. Avoid at any costs

Awful company to deal with. Take your money then don’t send the product out despite chasing. Buyers beware

I ordered then 3-pack shampoo offer online with next day delivery DPD extra. On 14/04/22, I received an online confirmation of order, but despite two enquiries to the given, contact online access, I still have not received the shampoo.
Most worryingly, the confirmation of order receipt came from an email address, but when I tried to send a message to that address, it came back as an undeliverable.
It seems that I may have been scammed. I am now trying to recover my money through my bank.
Be very wary in buying through this apparent Fitzrovia online sales website - it seems dodgy to me.

Non existing customer service, no phone number on the website, emails to different email accounts are bouncing back as undeliverable, money has been withdrawn from the account but the product not delivered, happened several times.

I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR A FEW MONTHS. I RECEIVED A "THANK YOU" CARD WITH MY LAST ORDER WHICH HAD A 10% DISCOUNT CODE. PROBLEM IS THAT ANYTIME I HAVE TRIED TO USE THIS CODE IT IS REJECTED AND DOES NOT WORK. DISAPOINTING. THIS MAKES ME SUSPICIOUS OF FITZROVIA - I MEAN, WHY DO THIS?

Really impressed. Only few hair on the brush after using serum for couple of months. My hairdresser told me I have lots of new hair. First time in my life I can afford to grow long hair.

Excellent product and great customer care.

After an initial mix up with my order, the owner of the company got in touch immediately and sent me some complementary products.

These products really work. My hairdresser, who is also a close friend, was very sceptical about their efficacy but was astonished when he could see new hair in my hairline after two months of using the redensyl serum and the shampoos. I have a stip of hair that is thinning which runs from my crown to my hairline straight down the centre, and these products have increased the number of hairs as well as the density and overall feel and appearance of my hair. Works well with a derma roller too. Do yourself a favour and try it for a couple of months you will be surprised at just how well it works.
