I've tried contacting this company twice now, the contract number posted on they're website is for a damp proof company, not impressed 😑

Great purchase
I sent an order but got no delivery date. I contacted costumer service and they replied in only few hours saying that my order is priority.
I got my order only 2 days after contacting them and it was as I expected it to be.
Great adjustable weights, I'm happy with the price, costumer service and my purchase all together. I would definitely recommend The Fit company.

Never normally write a review but felt I had to with The Fit Company.
Amazing quality for a really good price, the best I could find.
Very minor issue with the order (I didn't receive one of the plates) was rectified immediately with zero fuss.
Would highly recommend these guys!

Quality Products but only half of order received.
I ordered Avanti bumper and Jordan Fitness Olympic plates.I have recieved the Avanti plates which arrived within 5 working days.I am extremely happy with the plates!The quality is fantastic and are definitely value for money.The Jordan plates were part of the same order so I assume they come from a different supplier.I have contacted the fit company to see e.t.a of Jordan plates. Can't complain about quality or price but it would be nice for all of order to arrive at same time.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent! Very friendly and quick to respond. Although my item was out of stock when I made the purchase, The Fit Company were very quick to realise the fault and quickly returned my full amount. I will be buying from here again. Great stock choice too!
