The worst company

The worst company - Scam. Do not use them - scam. Ordered 2 items and they were never received and they did not respond back for status or shipping info. I had to file a claim via PayPal and wait another few weeks to get my money back.

I hope that PayPal takes them off their list of vendors.

They're theives

My best friends experience:
So.... right before Christmas, I ordered something from The Fashion Booth and they have YET to answer any emails or inquiries about where my order is, and why they haven't shipped it yet. I've sent quite a few emails, and gotten NO response. I'd just like to inform my friends of this scandal, and warn them NOT to shop there. Don't give them your money, because they will just take it and run! #customerservicefail #wheresmyorder #thieves

Edit #2: To follow up on my complaint against The Fashion Booth, They've blocked my ability to inform their potential customers about their obvious theft of money. Looks like I am in the same boat as the …

Looks like I am in the same boat as the rest. I did my first order on 12-13. Small dollar order ($27) but it took almost 2 months to receive and thats after repeated emails back to them. I placed a 2nd order for 2 items totaling $138 on 12-20. On the 20th of Feb it will be 2 months. When they did respond to the status of my 2nd order they said it was shipped and sent me the tracking number of my first order which hadnt arrived yet so I had to wait to see what showed up. This Company now isnt responding to me any more (no communication). I would avoid this company at all costs.

4-1-18 Addition to above.

Well I did a charge back on my CC on 2-10-18. My CC did approve it (I am sure the fashion booth didnt respond) about a week or so back now. Low and behold I now get tracking info from the fashion booth that my product has shipped from China. I will talk with the PO if/when it shows up. I plan to not open the package and have it sent back. Its been 4 months since the order and they now ship something? Really? STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY...........CROOKS!

4-9-18 Last week I did finally receive 1 of 2 items ordered on 12-20-2017. Today I received the last piece of that same order from 12-20-2017 So the fashionbooth has finally delivered. So I did a reverse on the chargeback and we are all even up. So almost 4 months to get items they said would take 4-6 weeks. The product is fine however customer service and time frame for shipping sucks. I would still stay away from this company unless your very very patient!

Worst on line experience ever

Worst on line experience ever. Ordered 4 items, 2 managed to arrive but the other two was never received. Wrote to them multiple times with no feedback. Zero customer service. Tried to get PayPal to resolve dispute then they provided a fake tracking number with the product delivered else where. PayPal cannot resolve since a tracking number was provided. Avoid this shop at all costs.

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.! Customer service is aweful. After sending many e mails, and using "contact us" on thier page a few times., I did finally receive a reply. It more or less said thanks for the purchase, youl will get it sometime. Finally received a tracking number, a full month after the order was placed. Product is still in China! Waiting for it to arive in the USA. Was purchased as a Christmas gift. Maybe it will come before valentine day??

I ordered an item and received it a month late and it was the wrong print! I have emailed them and they told me they would send me the right print. I am sill waiting now and it’s been 6 MONTHS!!! They do not answer emails!!

Bad Product

Placed the order on 7 December and received email acknowledging order and then another one indicating it had been shipped. Received item on 5 January, horribly packaged and damaged to the point that is cannot be used for the intended purpose. Even it it arrived in perfect condition, the quality of the item is so poor we probably wouldn't have used it anyway. The item had a Chinese shipping address. Contacted the company via email but no response. $27.30 down the drain. Do NOT order anything from this company!

Horrible

Horrible. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas on 11/20/17. Never received it. They said they shipped another one on 12/20. Never got that one either. Double checked that my address was correct. I have emailed them at least 8 times, direct and through their site. Only one response. STAY AWAY!!!!

Bunch of crooks

Bunch of crooks. I bought 2 necklaces from them for Christmas, they weren't opened until a week ago, and a clasp was totally GONE on one of them. They said, "it's out of warranty, tough luck". Avoid these clowns like the plague...

Not a timely shipping company

I ordered some products and thought a month should be enough time to receive my items. It's been almost the month and I see products "on it's way" for several weeks. Luckily, I have placed my order through Paypal and opened a claim. My next step is calling my credit card company and reverse the charges. They did respond with some products tracking numbers but won't receive them til weeks after the new year. What a shame because many were Christmas presents.

Horrible quality, no response from emails, won't accept returns

I did receive the items I ordered, but the quality of the items is terrible. I attempted to return the order - following the website's instructions exactly. The packages were returned with the receipt, in original packaging, and within the 30 days. They came back to me with a note from USPS saying that the address was not valid. I've attempted to contact them several times with no response.

This place is terrible

This place is terrible. I ordered a watch on November the 7th and I still have yet to receive the product. I have contacted them twice and still have not received anything back from the company. They got there money but I haven’t received the product. I definitely will not be buying from them again. What a scam. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I never did receive confirmation or a tracking # either.

I ordered a necklace over a week ago, they confirmed the order via email and took my money. Now I haven't heard from them. I have emailed them numerous times and contacted them on their website. I have not got a response. I think this company is a total scam. They need to be stopped.

Horrible Customer Service

I tried to get information and assistance with an order that was way past due but they never replied to repeated emails or contact messages through their web site. As I haven't gotten the product and not sure I ever will, I can't say anything about that but I know for sure that they have terrible customer service.

This is not about their products

This is not about their products. It's about customer relation.
I ordered 2 mugs. which should arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.
After a month I checked the tracking log and had to see that they got their shipment back (without leaving China) this was 1 week before I checked the log. No contact via email, no questioning, nothing.
I had to send them 2 emails to get a response from them. They offered me a refund. Which had not happen after another 2 weeks. So I contacted them via PayPal and again no response. Finally I escalated the case to the customer care of paypal. Still work in progress...... :(
