Ten days from purchase to delivery is not what one would call express delivery.

Order placed in on 9 March. Incorrect items sent and returned at our cost (no refund), items sent short 22/25 and on 5 August we are still awaiting final item. Customer service and follow up very poor. Love the product but not the customer service.

The website was easy to follow. Ordering was efficient and follow up communications excellent.
Fast delivery was a bonus.

The order and delivery process was fine, notifications great. A few suggestions for improvement regarding the documentation:
1) Suggest you email an electronic copy of the tax invoice - I had to login to my account to get it.
2) ATO requirements say that the words "Tax Invoice" need to appear - I could only see "Invoice"
3) There is no mention of "GST" as such - just "Tax"

Item was out of stock but has been delivered as promised. Good quality product.

Extremely easy to place an order and good communication whilst the order is being fulfilled. The goods were exactly as described and they were provided promptly.

Waiting from 20th june until 28th July for a pair of gumboots!
Made multiple calls re delivery timing of item, each time I was told a revised timing. Would of expected they might have contacted me to tell me.the delivery had been delayed.

Great prices and deals on postage. Exceptional communication, I knew exactly what was happening with my order. Definitely returning to purchase more. Highly recommend to other buyers.

Store needs to be prompt with their actions on online services/sales.
If the product that has been purchased online and paid before hand through Paypal isn't in stock at time of purchase the Retailer such as The Farm Store needs to notify the purchaser immediately and either refund or offer another alternative item.

It stats fast postage yet it took 2 weeks to receive

I waited for 1 month for a pair of gumboots. When ordering, the website did not say the item was out of stock. I also did not receive any notifications to advise of delay. I sent two emails requesting an update and revieved a generic response to both saying that the order will be shipped at the end of the following week - which did not happen in both instances. I was also advised that when the shipment arrived I would be updated by a phone call- this also did not happen. This will be the first and last time I use this company.

I ordered these online back in May 2016 using PayPal. When the crooks still had not arrived by early July I attempted to contact the Farm Store by phone (phone continually rang out) and by email (no responses to email). I then tried to contact them through PayPal messenger services (still no response. So I lodged a PayPal complaint and PayPal managed to get onto the store and enquire as to where the goods were. The Farm Store advised the had been shipped but not the exact details of the shipping. I followed up with all the courier companies in my area and none of them had my order. Then without warning, my purchase price had been refunded into my PayPal account. Very strange business behaviour indeed and I don't think I will try to purchase anything from this company again.

The time frame on delivery is far too long. It should be stated when purchacing item when the delivery should be. I was very unsatisfied

Postage was delayed as product was out of stock. Instead of letting me know, I was only told when I requested an update to my order.
All correspondance was promptly and courteously answered.
Product was great and price very competitive.
