Quick, helpful and likeable.
Roamed the internet to find a website that would sell the Magnum crash pad from Metolius Climbing in Europe. It was the only website I could find that still sold it in the UK. I contacted them and asked if it could be delivered in France where I live. They were very responsive, quick, helpful and likeable. Everything was set in just 2 days. Ive been delivered extremely quick by UPS without worries.
I would highly recommend to anyone this website. Ive seen some people on the web trashing it saying its unknown and obscure. You dont always have to buy on big corporate websites, its nice to have an independent shop where you can easily discuss something and get what you want and this is exactly the case of The Escapades.
Only downside if I had to find one is the price from the delivery in another country (150 euros fees) but this is more of a UPS problem than their problem.

There was an issue with the delivery…
There was an issue with the delivery side of my order, the order was lost in transit. The escapades team were very prompt with responding to my follow up email when I asked for an update. The end resolve was a refund on one of the items that was no longer in stock and a replacement for the other, sent overnight and received the next day.
Very pleased with the way Nate resolved the issue.
