Ordered envelopes. Didn't arrive. Quick phone call, no quibbles, second lot sent out. Arrived next day.

The Envelope People sell ( amongst other things) card bases and envelopes. I put in my first order this week, during the busy run up to Christmas. The envelopes and card bases are the best quality I have bought yet very low priced. I am absolutely delighted. I have been making my own Christmas cards for a couple of years… during that time several major online craft stores had ceased trading and finding high quality supplies had been very hit and miss. I’ll absolutely be buying my supplies - as much as I can - from TEP. Furthermore, TEP is a British company selling British supplies and employing British people. - boosting the UK economy. No more trailing through Amazon - at least not for the paper supplies I need. Service, packaging and delivery all excellent.

I’m a ‘details’ person. So when I found the perfect Christmas card, it was let down by one thing … red envelopes!

I know I know first world problem but OMG just no!!! So I sourced the best cream quality self-seal envelope which led me to The Envelope People.

I’ve used The Envelope People for a few years for small scale orders and have always been very happy with the range and quality of products. My most recent order put their customer service to the test as an online discount code wasn’t applying when I placed the order. I contacted the company that evening and, within 15 minutes of the next working day starting, they had refunded me the amount of the discount and processed my order. Seriously impressive customer service. Thank you!

I found The Envelope People when my current card supplier let me down, and I needed a new more reliable supply company. I did a small test order and have since done 2 big orders and I cannot fault them.

Everything is well packaged, using minimal to no plastic. Had no issues with the delivery service (royal mail and parcelforce) always super quick too!

I noticed some prices have gone up since my first order but prices do change and it could just be bad timing for me. The card itself it very good quality and still works out a little cheaper than my old supplier.

They were nice enough to include the cutoffs for free in my last order, which I really appreciate- as I hate waste and I will find a use for it! :)

My only suggestion would be to offer some free shipping option if you spend over a certain amount. I try and order in large batches to save on deliveries and I would spend more to get free delivery. :)

I received my samples really quickly and they were incredibly well packaged. I was able to get everything I needed for just £2 and the quality is excellent. But what impressed me most was how smooth and easy the whole experience was. I’ll definitely be ordering from them for my business!

Possibly the smallest order the Envelope People have ever dealt with but I was afforded total honesty following my online order . The envelopes are of very good quality ,extremely well packaged and quickly delivered. I recommend this company unreservedly both for quality and excellent customer service.Ruth

My first order was left outside in the rain and the plastic it was wrapped in didn't cover the entirety of the product so it got soaked. The Envelope People replaced the order free of charge when I hadn't even asked them to. How kind.
