Going by guidelines.
The sneakers never reach my house. The tracking, told me it was processed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered! However, nothing showed up.. I have ring, so no one showed to deliver it or came on the porch to steal them. When I tried to call to solve the issue, the number given, from website was not a working #! Need I say more? Sadly yes, so I read that the delivery company name that was responsible for the delivery was yun express (not to mention that, that's not from Colorado) however, the so-called company that took over the tracking # and delivery was called aromax. Doing the math, out of $156!!!

Dont do it! Total scam. I ordered a pair of Nike's from this group right around Christmas 2024 time for my son. The shoes arrived around 30 days later and they were knockoffs. In between that time I had reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. They shipped the shoes anyways. I emailed the merchant, since you cannot get a hold of them via phone, and they told me to keep the shoes and they would give me a small credit. Long story short, after sending my credit card an email chat of the merchant and I showing that I was in the right, my cc company still did not credit me back. They're site states they operate of the US but when the charge comes in via paypal it comes from Singapore. Save your money, save your time! I just had to eat $147.00. I hardly ever write bad reviews. I just hate someone else to have to go through this.

Sent wrong sizes and color and wanted to charge an additional $70 to correct the order. US address and phone number is fake.

Fake products. I bought New Balance 990 V6. The sneakers are so fake its totally obvious. New Balance are made in America but my sneakers came from Hong Kong.

By far the worse customer service I had experienced. Still haven’t got my order and no response from anyone about n customer service I even call the phone number that they have in their website

When I ordered my Kobe’s on Christmas I realized PayPal had my old address. I emailed customer service to change it and they responded and changed it right away. The shipping time took FOREVER (just got my sneakers yesterday). When I inquired about the status of my order again due to the delay someone responded right away. I was nervous I would not receive them given the reviews, but I did and they’re fabulous!

Send me rough size and the service terrible I don't recommend to buy anything with them I ordered 9mens size and they send me 9woman so I could return because they charge me 80 dlrs more the abuse because I pay almost two hundred o ready omg I'm so mad with this company so I don't recommend to anybody buy anything with them.

I wouldn’t give them one star. They took my money and won’t help me just the same run around. Plus it’s all automated messages back. I’ve read the same reviews i have. Package is in USPS and will notify when they receive it. Makes no sense. Plus been at the same USPS facility since 12/18/24 now 1/4/25. This is a scam website.

Ordered a pair of Jordan shoes for my Grandson for Christmas, never recieved them and not able to get in contact with anyone. So I lost out $165. Do not shop with this Company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered and when I didn’t receive it after 2 weeks, I emailed them. They said “we are holding your order because your shipping and billing addresses aren’t the same.” So they charged my card right away and then “held” my order without contacting me. Then when I asked why wouldn’t they just cancel the order instead of holding on to my money, they said we will refund you. Then they send me a screenshot of what was supposed to be my refund but it was someone else’s order. The emails back and forth with them were bizarre. Their comments like “some bad customers” were very concerning. I had to dispute it with my bank. Now I’m realizing too that the sneakers I ordered were probably fake so I’m glad I didn’t get them and was able to get my money back thru my bank.

I spent over $150.00 on some Desert Camo Supreme Jordan 5’s over 4 months ago and as of today…I have NOT received them.

I made an order on 12/5/24 Have not received it. Tracking says it shipped and USPS awaiting item. No further communication from them. The contact phone #1-564-240-7587 is not a legit number. My order $124.25 Sad to say this is a scam.

Daughter ordered the reverse grinches. Nice basketball shoe. True to size however shipping took about 14 days. My son ordered his shoes from another vendor and received his order is 5 days. Decent experience.

I have another pair in the Kobe 5 series and the 9.5 fits just fine. This pair was obviously smaller. I called to try to arrange exchange/return. That was well over a week ago and I’ve never had a return call. I’m now out of the return “window” and apparently stuck with shoes that are too small…through no fault of my own.
