I ordered 2 pants spent 100 euros and got a quality less then Shein or Temu!!!! I wanted to send it back and get my money back but they refused! The pants do not look like the ones on their page! It‘a awful and not worth 20 euros! Never again!!!!

This is a scam company, and just sells products like SHEIN but for a huge price. One of the images is an influencer I used to work with, wearing a KILLSTAR body suit!!! So they have stolen the image and the product. Do not purchase. All 5* reviews look fake as well, all written by people with only 1 review. Eye roll.

Just got my order from these guys and wow, the quality of the pants is just top-notch! Wasn't expecting such attention to detail. Will definitely shop again.

Very long shipping delays.
This is horrible scam! These items ship from China. I have no issues with items shipping from China, but with the current US presidency's foolish attempts at tariffs, the shipping times have likely elongated. My order passed through US customs on Feb 8th and is sitting in Virginia. It is now February 13th! It won't move! Bloody hell man! I need this item for next Saturday the 22nd and I'm sure I won't have it! Getting a refund on these orders is always a pain in the arse. It costs more to send them back and that's the scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bought a very expensive item- took a long time to ship as warehouse is in China and it looked like a cheap costume worth $20 (fur coat that shed all over furniture). Also unable to get a refund as shipping label has to be requested via email but customer service denied it due to the warehouse being in China (unworn and requested the return within 7 days)

Huge fan of the vibe at this store! The hoodie I got wasn't just cozy, it also flaunted this unique, mysterious design that really stands out. Every time I wear it out, I get loads of compliments. Definitely shopping here again!

Wrong items sent, wrong size. Came from international carrier! Refuses to refund hundreds of dollars. They are a scam company and a fraud! Do not trust!!!!!!
Company requests to contact them to resolve but then only offers a discount towards another purchase! I have sent over 12 emails trying to resolve this! I should not have to pay for the return of the items when it was the company who sent the wrong items! I will make sure to share my experiences with every social media site so other people do not get taken advantage of!

Absolutely enamored with the trench coat I got! It's not just the quality, but the whole vibe from theendcult.com is top-notch. Perfectly fits the gothic aesthetic I love. 5 stars, no doubt!

The order I placed for a shirt took 4 weeks to deliver, only to find out the shirt was not even the same material that was advertised and fit terribly.

The large shirt I order did not even remotely fit, whereas it would be a common fit for any other brand. The shirt was advertised to be a blend of cotton and polyester, but upon opening the package, it was clearly polyester-only (verified by the label).

When I asked to return the shirt for a refund, it was met with an offer to get a small discount on the next purchase, which I declined as the products are not properly advertised. In addition, they required me to ship my package internationally to return and due to the delivery times, this has extended past their '30-day return policy'.

Not only did I waste $50 USD on a low-quality shirt, I couldn't even get a partial refund but had to spend an additional $15 to get internationally shipped. This mistake cost me MORE than if I just ordered off of another retailer.

Absolutely loving the hoodie I got! It's super unique and fits my goth style perfectly. Quality is top-notch too, really soft and has held up great after a few washes. Shoutout to their awesome customer service as well!

First time buyer NEVER AGAIN. The site claims RETURNS ACCEPTED in 30 days. The coat DOES NOT measure what was claimed online. Too small. I requested a return 3x within 30 days and NO RESPONSE.

Don't buy it from them. Bloody scammers. Return options does not exist, unless you want to pay more than it's worth it, the items quality OMG shocking, nothing as described or shown in the pictures, very cheap materials and clothes smells horrible. I have lost £120 and they refuse to to accept my return. Offered me discount if I buy something else but why would I want to buy anything else if I know that their quality is less than poor

The End cult is a scam! WARNING… they claim to have a 30 day refund policy but makes you ship it back to China which is more expensive then their merchandise!

I placed an order for Christmas- never got it till January 8. When I went to check the shipping status for some reason the item got reordered. I immediately sent an email to their support team to cancel and they claimed once ordered they could NO longer cancel. When the second shipment arrived, I again, sent an email to their support team for a refund. They sent me an address in China and stated they do not have a return location in the US. So anything you order- you are stuck with it. False claim on refunds! They do not state anywhere the returns need to go to China. I am reporting this website to the US better business bureau! Do not order from this site!!

The design's pretty neat which got me into buying it. Shipping was quick, but the fit just wasn’t right for me. Decent shop, might give it another shot. Their style is kinda unique at least.

Did Not adhere to their refund policy, told I had to pay for return even though doesn't say anything about paying shipping for refunds. ABSOLUTELY A SCam!!

This site is obviously a scammer. Everything on their website is 50% off, making everything a final sale and unreturnable. Also all of their positive reviews are absolutely fake, using the same cheesy language, talking about “vibes” and “this gothic store.” All the positive reviews start the same, saying something like, “Wow, this place is so great,” then describe the product as “top notch quality”, and then say they’ll shop again or be back. Formulaic fake reviews. Also really strange that they have only replied to the negative reviews to string them along, they’ll never contact them back. Don’t be fooled.

I ordered a hoodie that was never delivered. It took a month to get here but when it got here it was never delivered even though it says delivered via the tracking information. I contacted them and they basically said we can't do anything about its not our problem that's shippings problem now and offered no assistance with contacting shipping or helping to resolve the situation. I should also say they use a weird shipping company that I have never heard of. It was a fairly bad costumer service experience and shipping experience.
