Extremely poor service. Do not order if you need items in time for a special occasion. Ordered 3 items on the 25th July for my daughters birthday which was on 7th August. Sent many emails asking for an update on the order and received only one very unhelpful email which provided me with no useful information. It’s 3 weeks on Monday since I placed the order which is way beyond the 3-5 days service the website suggested. Just hd to open up a PayPal dispute in order to get a full refund. Annoyed as my daughter didn’t get any of these presents for her birthday.

All I can say is...wow. When I ordered a T-shirt for my son, didn't realise the delivery time is estimated. I had a time limit to get my order, I started panicking, contacted the owner of the business. She was really kind even though probably I drove her mad 🙈
She assured me that she's going to do everything she can to get it on time.
And she did! I am so grateful, it arrived in the last minute. Now I have a really happy almost 6 years old with his Numberblocks T-shirt. ❤️

This women could not of helped me enough to receive the pjs and the quality of them is the best iv had in 5 years. I will remember to order a little prompt than now I ordered the 21st of July but personalised orders take a lot longer which is EXPECTED.

From reading the reviews you can see it’s hit and miss. My order did not arrive and tried unsuccessfully to resolve the matter and have referred the matter to a resolution centre for a refund as there was no response from the seller. Very, very disappointing when so many small companies do their utmost all the time and people are trying to spend with care. Customers deserve better than this - making a purchase should not be a lottery which is seems to be with this firm.

I've always hunted out personalised items for my grandchildren, and I am so delighted that I found The Enchanted Wardrobe. I was on the look out for a personalised character birthday t-shirt for my nephew when I found this website - however I ended up purchasing not only the birthday t-shirt but another personalised t-shirt and matching drinks bottles. I did email to check on the status of the order a couple of times, but I always had quick a friendly responses from Victoria. Soon enough the order was on it's way and arrived ready for me to wrap and gift. The items are wonderful quality and will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Super frustrated, I ordered a top on the 2nd May for my daughters birthday at the beginning June. Time passed and if I’m honest completely forgot about the order; I emailed regarding my order 13th June to be told that, my invoice was missed and not printed, another 4 weeks go by - no communication and no T-shirt (it’s not a personalised one) I emailed once again chasing the order on 14th July. It’s now August and I have chased again, Wednesday just gone - at this point I just want a refund despite being gutted about the T-shirt that my daughter would of loved and I can’t get anywhere else because if the particular characters on it.
Communication between myself and the seller have been polite and full of apologies but I still have not received the goods or a refund.
I won’t be ordering again - 3 months for a T-shirt that isn’t personalised is crazy - sadly I felt the only way I had any chance of getting a refund or the goods was to write this honest annoyed review..

I clearly ordered a personalised t-shirt for my daughter. It arrived not only late and poor quality but also not personalised like I ordered.

I could of got a paw patrol tshirt for £5 in Asda better quality but instead paid her £15 as I ORDERED it personalised.

Her excuse is the confirmation email asks you to confirm your personalisation. Obviously she has a glitch in her ordering system that sometimes shows the personalisation and sometimes doesnt.

Whatever the reason tho this is completely not the point you should receive what you pay for upon ordering and if she has an error in her system she should go out of her way to find out what the personalisation is if she cant see it and knows its been asked for or rectify her error.

No refund or replacement offered.

Avoid at all costs or it will cost you for something you order and do not recieve.

Did not deliver product (childrens tshirts) or refund - fortunately I'd paid via paypal. The emails I received were shocking and upsetting.

Awful service! Same as the previous post... ordered an item for my nephews birthday dispatch date quoted as 19th July. Emailed the company twice before we flew out on 23rd July, no response to either email! Have come back off his birthday trip on 30th and still no package! Have also requested a refund as the occasions already passed 🙄

Brilliant company. Very happy with our purchase. I was scared we ordered too late for our daughters 1st birthday. The seller Victoria is amazing and communicated well. Would look to visit this shop again and see what else we could buy :)

Arrived today! I recently did a review on my order but I hadn’t received it yet so I couldn’t do a proper review!
Royal Mail took their sweet time to deliver it but fulfilled in the end!
This company is amazing, the lady who owns and runs it all by herself is so sweet and understand, even when I kept pestering her about when my order would arrive as i was worried as my sons birthday is Sunday.
He will absolutely love his pjs, as he’s obsessed with duggee.
The quality is absolutely amazing, seems so hard wearing, good for toddlers haha!

While the review below is an accurate and fair reflection of my experience with The Enchanted wardrobe, I'm updating my review following contact from the business.
I don't know the circumstances that meant my previous emails were not responded to but, to their credit, once the business had contacted me the issue was resolved very quickly indeed. The owner upgraded the delivery to 24 hour tracked, and my order arrived this morning, which I appreciated.
The item itself, a Bluey character T-shirt for my 5 year old niece, is of excellent quality and I'm very happy with it. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the the business on the quality of the product, but I personally would be wary about ordering again because of the customer service. I believe that this is an independent, owner managed business, and hopefully they will use the recent experiences of myself, and others, to improve. If they do, I'm sure that the reviews will be glowing.

I’m writing this review in the hope that the owners might actually respond, as they don’t respond to direct emails.
I ordered an item on 16/07/22 which, according to the confirmation email, was going to be dispatched 22/07/22. Since that email, I have received neither the item nor any response to my numerous emails asking for an update, apart from the automated response stating it was the owner’s daughter’s birthday on 25/7/22, and they would respond after this. Well happy birthday to the daughter, but I hope she’s not waiting on a gift from The Enchanted Wardrobe, because she’ll be disappointed.
Given the recent reviews on here which are in a similar vein, I doubt I’ll ever see the item or a refund. My advice to others looking to order from The Enchanted Wardrobe: save yourself the hassle and just flush your money down the toilet, because even that is more likely to result in something positive.

As the response from the business below states, and in the voicemail left for me, this company has nothing to do with the Enchanted Wardrobe which was struck out on companies house. Apologies to the business and, other issues not withstanding, and I have updated the review to reflect this.

The order took quite a long time to be processed/dispatched and I had to chase it up, but once I'd done that the seller was quick to communicate updates etc. My godson was very happy with the t-shirt when it did arrive.

The jacket arrived after a couple of issues with delivery and is lovely

Order of two personalised bottles took a month to arrive despite website and confirmation email saying only a few days to dispatch.
When they finally arrived a month later my son's bottle lid broke on day two of having it. They are also hard to drink out of kids get frustrated as only a little bit of water is able to be sucked out. Emailed company asking for a refund and I would return them by post. Had a reply basically accusing my son of breaking it by using force, he was holding it by the lid (which is what it's for surely) and it snapped off.
Company did not offer refund or help in any way, no offer of replacement or apology!
Was asked to send a photo of the breakage which I did three days ago.. no reply.
Not wasting my time any more and giving up trying to get any help from this company with relation to their bad quality product.
Shame.

A couple of issues with the delivery, but it was quickly dealt with and rectified. Information was clearly and quickly communicated. The T-shirt received is lovely and looks good quality. I know my little girl will love it!
