I found what I wanted easily

Great service and product
Very efficient service. Parcel arrived 2 days after I placed the order. I got 2 bottles for my kids for school. They’re perfect - they don’t leak and I can clean them easily. Kids delighted with them, they love the graphic and name engraved.
No option to add graphic to the larger bottles on the website but I left a note in my order to see if it was possible and I received an email an hour after order was placed saying they added the graphic as requested!

Mug looks beautiful and the quality is…
Mug looks beautiful and the quality is very good. But when there is hot liquid ie coffee in the mug, the lid comes off and spills everywhere. I have the mug only a week and have already distroyed 2 outfits going to work.

We are so sorry to hear about your travel mug spilling. We have sent you an email to address this also. Normally we would have no issues with the travel mugs lids. There are different factors that may effect the lid not sitting properly like the below so please check these.
1. When putting on your lid make sure the slide component is open so to allow excess steam (and pressure) to escape so the lid will sit securely.
The hot air must be released once the lid is put on as open and closing the slide component will create a vacuum seal.
2. The black O ring around the bottom of the lid must be on correctly around the lid and run flat in place. This will ensure no leaks.
If you wouldn't mind trying the above and let us know how you you get on that would be great. There is also an extra lid that you had purchased which would be great if you can try that one as well.
Again apologies for the inconvenience and hope that the above can rectify the situation going forward. Please let us know if there are any other issues as we want you to enjoy using your mug and get great use out of it.
