Working with The Ecom Code has been an absolute game-changer for our business. Jim has truly felt like an extension of our own team. He is incredibly responsive, professional, and responsible, ensuring no changes are made to our site until they are fully approved.

Beyond his daily support, Jim freely shares his knowledge to help us build internal independence, provides invaluable insights, and always goes the extra mile to find a solution to any problem.

An asset to any brand

I’ve worked with James for the last 18 months or so and he has been absolutely wonderful. Always on time and willing to help with small and large tasks. He is constantly up to date with new trends and changes with ecommerce. James is truly an asset to businesses looking to grow and evolve.

Everyone needs James as a part of their business!!!!!

We have been working with James for over a year now (after he was recommended to me by another business owner) and he has been amazing for our business. During this time we have launched another sister company and he has been so helpful during the entire process! Always happy to jump on a call and help you with any issues that arise in business (he knows all of the answers), and he’s an expert with google & meta ads which preform way better under his control! Everyone needs James as a part of their business!!!!!
