I brought the Innokin Endura T18e Vape…

I brought the Innokin Endura T18e Vape Starter Kit, as my Innokln TRINE unfortunately decided to die. I have brought from this company before and have had no problems and I trust them. Delivery was on time, however it became very apparent that the vape was faulty. I contacted the support department via email with the problem, it was very easy to do. They responded very quickly and gave me all the details to send the product back to receive a refund. I would highly recommend them.

I used to come to the shop to buy my e- liquid but was told I have to purchase online. When trying to purchase online my orders get cancel because the product isn't in stock. You really need to update your website regarding stock so this doesn't happen to so called valued customers. It's pretty poor that you don't contact the customer regarding stock or offer an alternative, as it's not the customers fault your not up to date..
