I have had the same experience as every other review. Vincent and his DVD Hut business is a scam. You will not receive anything you order, he will refuse to provide any tracking information and will lie about processing a refund.
Please report this business so that it will not happen to anyone else.

Never buy anything from DVD Hut!! Vincent is a liar and dishonest to the point of criminality, he constantly says he has mailed orders that never arrive. He will lie until you demand a refund, then he disappears.

Same as everyone else, no tracking info, empty promises. Now two months since order and nothing.

Ordered two boxsets and neither arrived, was never given tracking information despite asking for it. Vincent said he sent them 3 times and yet nothing happened.

Wish I’d checked the reviews first! Book never arrived, lost in transit, Vince said they’d refund, then all communication ceased. I normally only ever buy online using PayPal so I have protection but they didn’t offer the option - another red flag! The book was also only $18 instead of $40+ everywhere else. I guess at least I haven’t lost as much as others but a lesson learnt!

Absolute SCAMMER!! As almost
have reported, I ordered dvds and no sign of them being sent. Contacted them and "Vincent" replied saying he would chase it up. Then to be told it looks like they have been lost in transit, I requested a refund. After being advised he would refund the money back to my account and its been several weeks, its clearly not going to happen!!

This business is a scam do not order from them. They advertise products that they clearly can not provide but happily take your money and when you contact to chase up where the goods are they say its still in transit. My sons birthday present has been in transit since June. I have contacted this company multiple times (Vincent Peters) and they still have not refunded the money back even though they said they would. Thanks to the DVD Hut my son lost $130 of his birthday money. They need to be reported and shut down!!!

I have had the experience of many other people writing a review. I ordered a book off this site and received no tracking information. I followed up and Vincent replied assuring that it would arrive in 3-5 business days, however it did not (no tracking information included). I have now requested a full refund. Do not order off this site as they will not deliver your products.

Bought said item November 2024. After several emails back and forward. I never received the item despite them stating they have resent item several times. I was told i would receive a refund again did not occur. Do not trust this company if i could give no stars i would

SCAMMER! Paid for a book, never got tracking information, never received it. After going back and forth with emails from “Vincent” promising a refund or a new book to be sent- nothing happened. Do not buy from here!!!! Scam artist. Has been reported.

This is a scam, paid my money and then nothing, endless emails, false promises, no delivery no refund.
The Federal Police should be arresting these fraudsters.

After purchasing DVDs there was no confirmation via email or tracking order number. Several emails back and forth of excuses I gave up. I Hope this guy gets the karma he deserves or his details get leaked online. Real pos!

My experience has been exactly the same as others. No DVD, no tracking advice and, what I presume now, is an AI bot ‘Vince’ who replies to all the emails. A complete scam and hoax.

What an absolute SCAM! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
The website looked quite legit so I purchased a box set of books for my son on 21st May. I received an email confirmation after purchasing but then nothing. When I followed up asking for tracking information I was told that it was impossible as the item was coming from the UK but the merchant (Vincent) would follow up and be in touch. After many emails back-and-forth and promises to send another item I asked for a refund and have heard nothing since. It’s now July. I am now seeking a refund through my bank via a Visa merchant claim.

Total rip-off scam site.
Three months of “It’s on its way, honest!”, followed by “we’re happy to refund” but no refund or further contact.
Thieves & scoundrels.

My experience is the same as most of the people here, i.e. purchased a DVD set in late May 2025 and still not delivered in late June 2025, plus lots of excuses and some suggestion that a Visa refund will take up to 12 days. I just wonder whether anyone has bothered to contact the relevant consumer affairs department to complain?

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company been waiting 2 months for my order have emailed multiple times no response from them looks like I’ve lost my money of $135 so disappointed we are pensioners and this was a gift for a family member so not only have we lost our money they have also missed out on there gift so upset with the whole situation
